The Courier has perhaps the most important job in all of Skyrim. He's so important that all of the factions rely on his services, and don't dare disrupt his work. He braves the harshest wilderness alone to deliver important correspondence all over Skyrim. with the unforgettable voice of Jason Marsden, he is the unsung hero of the North. I think he deserves some modders' tribute.
we need a mod to give him an iconic look that befits his stature. I feel that the existing mods don't do him justice, as i still want him to be recognizable. even if you can't give him a Pandorable-style face-lift (though that would be dope as hell), i wanna see him have his own signature look. he looks like a farmer in the vanilla game. make him look the survivalist he is. i wanna see him braving the elements with more appropriate (and badass) gear.
This guy is basically like Sam in Death Stranding, but in Skyrim. I think it could be cool to emulate that a bit. (Hell, giving him Norman Reedus's face would be pretty cool actually) Or just do it however you want. i'd love to see him get the attention and respect he deserves. also it would be best if any mod made here would be compatible with Provincial Courier Service, which means no fiddling with his AI behavior. this should be a strictly visual overhaul. I'd love to hear any ideas that other modders may have!
