I know a few off the top of my head. Lions for Lambs, The Counselor, Gamer etc.
But I think the biggest offender for me was Triple 9. For my age group, a film with Casey Affleck, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Anthony Mackie, Aaron Paul, Norman Reedus, Kate Winslet, Michael K. Williams, Gal Gadot, and Woody Harrelson should have at least been entertaining, but it was boring and directionless.
