Why i think DS gonna be released in september 2019-UNR

So to begin with

​

1 . Death stranding was the first game of the big 3 (The last of us part II , Ghost of tsushima , Death stranding) to be annouced at E3 2016 , 6 months before The Last of Us part II and one year before Ghost of tsushima at ParisGamesWeek 2017.

Death stranding had 4 trailers and 1 teaser and if we count the new one that is coming out soon it makes a total of 5 trailers. So if we look at the last of us part II There is only 3 trailers and for Ghost of tsushima only 2 trailers.

And then it's on Death stranding that we have the most informations to start with , not on the game itself (story or gameplay etc) but on the developpement and schedule of the game , I explain myself...

The communication of the game has started when aki saito joined KojiPro around December 2018 , at this moment norman reedus was doing his last motion capture session for Death Stranding. So if we look at The Last Of Us part II the last motion capture session ended very recently in april 2019 , 4 months after the one for Death stranding. And for Ghost of tsushima we sadly have no information so logic says that Ghost of tsushima will only come out in a very distant future on PS5 probably...

So it's between The Last of Us part II and Death stranding that we can bet on for the next major sony exclusive to come out in 2019.

Death stranding is in his localization phase since september 2018 (proof : https://youtu.be/hqy4RY6vrm8?t=185) by the information of a trusted insider from the Resetera forum by the name of "Claven" working in the domain of localization in games , In his opinion a game that enter the localization phase comes out at maximum 12 or 14 months after the localiztion phase...

So that proves that the game is prepared for 2019! And we all remember that KojiPro confirmed at the beginning of developpement for DeathStranding , that the game will come out before the Tokyo olympics games and before the new akira that is set in 2020.

So you can still think that The Last of us part II can still come out before Death Stranding! But no... i don't think so...

By an another insider of the name of "Mérouan" who has a lots of contacts and connexions with a lots of devs from the gaming industry had contact with naughty dog , he said that The Last of Us Part II won't come out before 2020. And with an another source of information to prove that , he said that the developpement of the last of us part II had a lots of difficulties by the departure of a lots of employees at naughty dog that made restructuring the studio.

SO in conclusion... Why we think Death Stranding will come out in 2019?

There is others clues that point out that Death stranding is the next major sony exclusive to come out

​

1. The words of kojima "Is 2019 the year of the whale? Please look forward for Death Stranding!"
2. An another fresh element that adds wheight for this theory is that a new trailer is Teased by Kojima himself since a couple of days
3. Even if Kojima said that the release date has been slighty delayed , we must not forget what he said in late 2017... That sony never saw a game being developped that fast !

So how a new trailer could give us a release date for death stranding to come out this year?

1. Sony always gives the release date of their games 2 or 3 months before release , it was the case for God of war , Detroit become human and spider man in 2018 who had all their release date revealed approximately 3 months before release

So what comes to mind? yes u guessed it , i think that the release date for Death stranding is gonna be revealed with the new trailer and that realease date is SEPTEMBER 2019(Like spider man) if we take in mind that the new trailer will come out at the end of may and if we go further in time in approximately 3 months we arrived at the end of august or the start of september. it is a safe bet to say that the game is coming out on this era. In my point of view playstation gonna repeat the same pattern of last year with a major sony exclusive released in april , Last year it was God of War and this year it's Days Gone and then a major sony exclusive in september , last year it was spider man and this year it's gonna be Death stranding.

So the game would have been in developpement for 3 years and 9 months with the decima engine already prepared for the developpement of Death stranding. So what's up for The Last of us part II and Ghost of tsushima? If we follow the words of "Mérouan" and the pattern of sony exclusives releases , i think The last of us part II will come in march 2020 and for Ghost of tsushima in september 2020 just before the release of the PS5 by rumours that is planned for novemeber 2020 with the same pattern as for the PS4 in 2013.

So in conclusion i think Death stranding is coming out in september 2019.
