Mammon is gonna be appearing soon and most likely his VA is gonna be someone whose both pretty famous and also a pretty good singer. Both Asmoedeus and Bee are voiced by notable singers, one being a prominent Broadway star and the other a famous Pop Star. As such it only makes sense Mammon would also follow this same pattern.
Additionally he'd have to be someone who can probably sing Rock and Roll convincingly since Mammon is apparently a Rock Star inspired Singer or rather Rock Music is his particular Genre.
Me personally I'm thinking he's either possibly voiced by Mark Hamill given his demented clown theme though Mark's singing is certainly debatable or possibly Jack Black who we know is a great rock star and a very competent voice actor.
Granted some might say Jack Black is too big or too hard to get, but getting Katie Perry was already insane and they managed to get Norman Reedus to voice Striker for an episode. So if Mammon doesn't make regular appearances it's possible. But who do you guys think?
