There were a few PT references throughout the live stream such as James, walking into the fog in the same way, Norman Reedus did back in 2014, but I think the biggest has to be the reveal of the title for Silent Hill F, having the F fades in, just like the S in Silent Hills but I think the craziest thing has to be the fact that in old English the letter F used to be a stand in for the soft S sound. So literally the title can be read as Silent Hills
