- I'm not including 4chan leaks, because they are usually shit, but neither the "Tales from the Mod Queue" that r/MarvelStudiosSpoilers is doing cause they are just as unreliable.
- I am not including people who reitarate someone else's leaks the day after (looking at you DRPK)
- I am not including any completely sources with very bad track record like WGTC, Grace Randolph, Geekosity/Mikey Sutton, TheDisInsider etc. Also, make sure that DRPK, Nick Santos and KC Walsh are semi-reliable and all their scoops that are here are also reported by other sources.

- MCU Dr. Strange/Strange Supreme/Defender Strange/Zombie Strange - Benedict Cumberbatch (Strange Supreme was confirmed by MTSSH, BSL, DRPK and by his tentacles in the trailer)
- MCU Wanda/Illuminati-universe Wanda, Zombie Wanda - Elizabeth Olsen (Illuminati-universe Wanda confirmed by MTTSH's plot leak)
- MCU Mordo/Illuminati Mordo - Chiwetel Ejiofor (according to MTTSH's plot leak and the Portuguese Plot leak which seems to semi-reliable considering what we've seen in the trailers, MCU Mordo dies by the hand of Wanda in the beginning of the film and Illuminati Mordo is the main one we see throughout the film).
- Wong - Benedict Wong
- America Chavez - Xochitl Gomez
- Christine Palmer/Clea - Rachel McAddams (According to MTTSH, Clea will be the Illuminati variant of Christine Palmer and while not part of the team herself, she will be helping them).
- Rintrah - Adam Hugill (actor confirmed by MTTSH and The Direct)
- Professor X - Patrick Stewart (It was known as early as MTTSH's plot leak and the leaked pre-vis that he would appear as the leader of the Illuminati)
- Maria Rambeau/Captain Marvel - Lashana Lynch (Also a member of the Illuminati from MTTSH's plot leak and now confirmed by the trailer. That said, the Portuguese plot leak, ViewerAnon and DRPK all talked about Teyonah Parris returning as Monica Rambeau instead. It seems VA has taken his info from the Portugues Plot leak, but DRPK said it ages before anybody else, so she may have a cameo too.)
- Captain Carter - Hayley Atwell (Another member of the Illuminati. Original scoop by SpideyForever (accounts deleted since), and then reported by Portuguese plot leak, DRPK and MTTSH. Confirmed by her shield in the poster)

Rumoured Characters - Strong Rumours:
- Loki - Tom Hiddleston (Reported by THR, so it is most likely legit. Also noted in the Portuguese plot leak. What's more Loki, Sylvie and Mobius' stunt doubles are in the IMDb page of Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness)
- Sylvie - Sophia Di Martino (look above)
- Mobius - Owen Wilson (look above)
- Mr. Fantastic - John Krasinski (MTTSH said Mr. Fantastic was added to the Illuminati after the recent reshoots and then confirmed he'll be played by John K. This was recently reported by The Illuminerdi as well. KC Walsh (from GWW.com) said he knew someone who watched the MoM test screening and hinted at John K as well, 2 before MTTSH's confirmation. ViewerAnon however said John K. won't play Mr. Fantastic in the film)
- Deadpool - Ryan Reynolds (Original scoop came by Small Screen UK. Shortly after MTTSH said 2 big actors filmed cameos for the film's post-credits and then said that Reddit figured them out. The actors that were guessed over at r/MarvelStudiosSpoilers were Ryan as Deadpool and Charlize Theron as MCU's Clea. Also this looks like DP in the poster)
- MCU Clea - Charlize Theron (There was this concept art leak that shows Clea in the top right corner. DRPK posted this casting call, which seems like it could fit Clea. MTTSH said that Charlize Theron and Justin Timberlake are actors Marvel talked to for roles recently. And then it all came together with what I mentioned above)
- Iron Man - Possibly Tom Cruise (Just like the Palmer Variant, MTTSH said that Iron Man is a helper of the Illuminati and the controller of the Ultron drones shown in the trailer and the pre-vis leak. She also said that Marvel wanted Tom Cruise in the role, but she doesn't know if they got him, which was echoed by DRPK. BSL and ViewerAnon both said that Tom is not an Iron Man variant as far they've heard and BSL later clarified he has heard there is no Iron Man variant at all)
- Spider-Man - Tobey Maguire (Andy Signore first reported it early on and he was also one of the first people to report Tobey and Andrew in NWH. SmallScreen UK also reported it back in 2020, which was echoed by FandomWire and DRKP a few months later. Vieweranon said he had heard conflicting things about it and KC Walsh outright rejected it. But recently, the Portuguese voice actors that play Wanda and Tobey's Spidey posted a photo from the recording studio together saying "Good things are coming"
- Ghost Rider - Norman Reedus (Nick Santos from The Hashtag Show said MCU GR will make his debut in the film and it will be Johnny Blaze, and then clarified that if talks go through, the actor playing him will be Norman Reedus. Atlanta Filming also echoed this.)
- Billy and Tommy Maximoff - Jullian Hilliard and Jet Klyne (MTTSH referenced them in her early plot leak, which has now been confirmed by the second trailer)
Rumoured Characters - Weak Rumours
- Balder the Brave - Unknown actor (Originally leaked by DRPK and then referenced in the Portuguese leak as part of the Illuminati. The other 4 members were Captain Carter, Professor X, Maria Rambeau and Mordo and MTTSH said that Mr. Fantastic was the 6th member that was added in reshoots, so we're missing a member that could well be Balder)
- Black Bolt - Unknown (FandomWire reported that he would be a member of the Illuminati, but MTTSH and KC Walsh said that BB was an old idea that neither of them know if it made it into the film. Either him or Balder are the missing Illuminati member)
- Brother Voodoo - Unknown (Back in Jan 2020 before Derrickson left the film and the script was rewritten, The Illuminerdi had reported about a casting call looking for a male lead with Caribbean descent and a few months later, after Raimi and Waldron came on board, DRPK said they were looking to cast a child around 8 years old with a Haitian accent. It's unclear if kid Voodoo, adult Voodoo, both or neither will end up in the film or if that was an early idea that has been scrapped)
- Ancient One - Tilda Swinton (The original Roger Wardell, the leaker of Endgame, had mentioned that DS2 will introduce Clea and Brother Voodoo and might also feature an appearance by the Ancient One. The script and the director have changed since then, but these still seem possible)
- Dr. Strange variant - Joaquin Phoenix (DRPKhad said back in 2020 that they were considering Joaquin for a cameo in the film)
Appearances that WILL NOT happen:
- Daredevil - Ben Affleck (BSL, MTTSH and KC Walsh all said that Ben refused to return to the role despite Marvel asking him to)
- Captain Hydra - Chris Evans (DRPK had reported that Marvel was considering Chris to return as Captain Hydra, which MTTSH also confirmed, but the way she worded it, it seems this won't happen)
- Wolverine - Hugh Jackman (DRPK and MTTSH say he's not in it)
- Quicksilver (MTTSH says he's not in it)
- Magik (MTTSH says she's not in it)
- Hulk - Eric Bana (Nick Santos said it is not happening)
