Sorry I didn't want to hijack this thread. What are people's thoughts on this guy's voice?

I want to see what the consensus here is. I have an immediate reaction/opinion on it which I will share but I just want to see where people are on this voice. On a scale of one to ten, one being Michael Jackson/Mike Tyson and ten being Bridge Guy/Norman Reedus, where would you rate this voice? Or dont even rate it necessarily, just do you think this guy sounds like the person on the bridge in Libby's video, yes or no?
