Norman Reedus 'in talks to do other stuff' with Hideo Kojima-UNR

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Norman Reedus teased in the old Silent Hill P.T. ending-scene?

So we know Reedus was, in some way, involved in the developing of P.T. and in contact with Hideo Kojima. I came upon this WIRED video of him going through some of the 'Web's Most Searched Questions', and at the timeframe of 4:54, he says:

"So we did 'Death Stranding', which was a huge hit, and we're in talks to do other stuff, so.."

Could this mean something that a new Silent Hill or some kind is indeed in developing? And with the latest rumours going around of a new Silent Hill, could this mean something?

I am, myself, not a huge Silent Hill expert or fan, but maybe you guys know any more about this topic than I do.
