10 seasons for any TV Show is a big milestone and one that needs to be celebrated, and go out with a bang.
Recently I've been thinking about how they should end this particular season and here is my finale version.
So, Alpha dies her comic death in 10x15, but Lydia witnesses Negan holding her head after he says his famous comic line, but replace Rick's name for Daryl or Carol.
After the battle at hilltop, they all retreat to Alexandria. Beta finds Alpha's headless corpse and realises that Negan is missing too.
He releases the horde.
Lydia goes with Negan, even after what he did because she knows that Beta will probably kill her.
The horde & Beta arrive at Alexandria, and tear down the gates, and the walls and massacre 80% of characters left, leaving us with a group the size of season 2 (15).
So no community is left standing and they have no choice but to run, and that is where the commonwealth gets introduced via Eugene.
Gabriel, Kelly, Luke, Dianne, Gamma, Scott, Earl, Marco, Nabila all die.
Then the group we are left with (for season 11) Daryl, Carol, Eugene, Yumiko, Ezekiel, Magna, Connie, Alden, Rosita, Aaron, Judith, RJ, Jerry.
Then the final shot of the episode is Maggie arriving at Alexandria, with young Hershel, who is then joined by Lydia and Negan carrying Alpha's head.
Like a big WTF moment.
