I might be missing something incredibly obvious here, but why did Amelie not finish the Chiral Network with BRIDGES 1? She needs it to create the last stranding right? And we know Higgs didn't actually stop her. So why didn't she just finish it, and then trick Norman Reedus onto her beach somehow if that's what needed to happen?
Higgs working for Amelie also brings up more questions. If Higgs was working for Amelie and Amelie wants you alive, then are there any actual stakes to the boss fights? Would he actually let you lose, canonically, when the titan BT shows up in edge knot?
