1. Norman Reedus’ instagram post all but confirmed that The Whisperers are going to be in season 9. If you’ve read the comics, it’s a pretty great storyline and should be entertaining if it’s done well.

2. Gimple is out. Thank god. I used to stand up for him, even after Carl was killed off, but after hearing about how he was treating some of the actors, I’ve lost some respect for him. I have hope that Kang will turn this show around. She has been there since the very beginning.

3. With Rick most likely going to be gone by season 10, the show won’t be so restricted to the comic book storylines. This will give it more room for improvement and more of what the fans really want.

My prediction: 2 or 3 more seasons after season 8. But we have to give it a chance for a newfound freedom and talent added.
