A while ago I was looking for any leaks that had been out for death stranding.I had found one on the website gamefaq.It was similar to the 4chan leak after a while I wanted to read the leak again until I realised that the post had been removed at request of HIDEO KOJIMA ! here is any details I remember
Norman Reedus gets into an accident and forgets his identity
The baby in trailer is his son
His name in the game is Adam, Sam might be a code name until the game is released Kojima can easily replace the audio file of the character being called Sam and change it to Adam or he’s given the name Sam due to him forgetting his identity

I’d like to add that Kojima mentioned in a hideo tube episode I think it was the episode after e3 he mentions that a bit of the game had been leaked this is generally around the same time the 4chan leak was released
