Why are some people saying Alan Rickman was "gay" or "Bi"/ect-UNR

I've seen some post on many websites and I've seen comments about it on post about people getting his book. (Please note I'm not against the LGBTQ+).

He was married to Rima for around 4 years and with her since he was around 19...So why are people saying he's anything but straight?, I've also seen a comment about Alan saying he was "Attracted" to his Co-star Norman Reedus? Is that true??? or are people pulling this stuff from nowhere.?
