I have to say from the beginning that I never thought that they will have the balls to bring this equality between a strong male and an younger "innocent" female. Because in that scenario during the interrogation when Daryl knew that Lydia was lying there is no "too harsh", props to AMC for doing that, you don't see something like that so often. Norman Reedus did a great job.
The scene was so much better than in the comics and Daryl was more imposing and therening than both show and comics Jesus, I can't even picture them being like that. It really gave me the season 2 Randall vibes. But the best part was Daryl listening to Henry and Lydia's conversation after he schooled Henry, already planning his next move on gathering new info from Lydia. He played them like a fiddle, it really showed his intelligence and how right is Michonne about him. The casting for Lydia is great, the actress did an amazing job, can't wait to see more from her.
