The actor who plays Rey from Star Wars, Daisy Ridley, addresses her comments which made fans believe she was leaving the franchise. She explains that when she spoke, she was tired and didn't explain that she meant when she originally signed on, it was for three movies.

Emma Dumont, known for playing Polaris on the show The Gifted told in an interview that Magneto will have a strong influence when it comes to Polaris during the final episodes of the show. She also said that the Brotherhood of Mutants does exist within the world of Gifted.

The Players Unknown's Battlegrounds Devs released images of their new map: Miramar.

Entertainment Weekly released two images of Jean Grey as the Dark Phoenix for next year's X-Men film.

Samsung said the January preview of the Galaxy S9's, during next year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, is "unlikely"

From novel, and then to movie lead by Bradd Pit, World War Z is now entering its next stage of mutation; a video game. During the V.G.A(video game awards), Saber Interactive revealed the game simply titled "World War Z", for the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. The trailer took advantage of some of the more visually amazing scenes from the movies, such as the giant pile the zombies made to climb the wall of Jerusalem, along with locations devoid of "life. It's an amazing feat because this would mean hundreds of zombies were actively on screen. The game is said to be a 4 player co-op where “unique survivor stories and missions around the globe, including New York, Moscow, and Jerusalem. Use traps, barriers and the environment strategically to stay alive while unleashing a storm of firepower with a variety of weapons on the unrelenting hordes of the undead.”

Along with World War Z, a trailer for Hideo Kojima's next game, Death Stranding, gave us more than a three minute clip of a naked CGI Norman Reedus, who we now know is named Sam. After reviewing it four times, I can say that absolutely nothing makes sense. From the baby, the hand-walkers, and the clothed Norman, the story behind the trailer is completely hidden. Did I also mention that there's a baby inside of Reedus?! Kojima has always been the king at hiding pretty much everything about a project, even after releasing multiple trailers and interviews, but we commend you to keep trying. During the final end scene of the trailer, Sam says: “Once there was an explosion, a bang that gave rise to life as we know it,” Reedus’ character says at the end. “Then came the next explosion, an explosion that will be our last.” In the beginning of the trailer, Sam had made this same statement, only now he added that it would be our last.

In the Marvel Studios Reddit, a recent post revealed Captain Marvel will begin production on January 22nd, 2018. Originally set to film in Atlanta, Marvel seems to have returned back to Los Angeles due to better incentives.

Black Adam may need some help in the upcoming fight with Shazam. IT actor, Jack Dylan Grazer has been cast to play Billy Batson's best friend, Freddy Freeman. Though many major roles have been filled, Zachary Levi as the hero Captain Marvel and Mark Strong playing the villainous Doctor Sivana, Billy Batson's actor has yet been found. In DC lore, Freddy Freeman is also known as "Captain Marvel Jr.", one of the Champions of the wizard Shazam, and another member of the Teen Titans. At the moment, there's no date for Shazam!

Recently, Patreon decided to overhaul its terms of service and how it handles its fees. The service is widely used by content creators as a way to make income by having their fans donate money, but many argue that this change endangers them. Originally, the creator was charged fees that meant they lost anywhere from 7% to 15% of their earnings. This new system instead charges the donors 2.9% + $0.35. What this essentially means is that if someone were to donate a dollar, they would be charged an extra 35 cents, as opposed to $5 where they would be charged 10 cents. While this sounds minuscule, many of the larger patrons have $1 donors, and already many of these single dollar donors are pulling back. Furthermore, Patreon plans to end circular donating, in which patrons donate to each other to artificially inflate their earnings. While this new system will definitely help cull those who abuse the system to make themselves seem bigger than they actually are, it will also hurt smaller content creators trying to get their foot in the door. Time will tell how this will affect Patreon and its users.
