Since Silent Hills is gone for good and the whole franchise with it, I'd say how about we make together our own Silent Hills plot based on the little pieces of information we had in the demo?
Based on the two major pieces of information we have as in the "S" in Silent Hills and the story of the father who murdered his family, The plot I make out of it is that the game would have been about mass shootings and firearms tragedies like you see them every day in the US. Thus the areas featured would have been cities hit by this phenoma and we would have visited typical places hit by this kind of tragedy like Highschools or universities. Because of the fact that we would have visited numerous cities, I'm not entirely sure about Norman Reedus being the main protagonist and it would have been more likely that we follow multiple protagonist due to the more global scale of Silent Hill phenomena.
Hell, why only the US? Maybe we could have visited other cities than in the US typically in Japan or Europe.
Is Norman Reedus the father who massacred his family in P.T? I'd say no because he is too young and doesn't match the description made by the radio guy at the end of the demo.
