He recently added 6 videos about Death Stranding.
The guy who used to own this channel (close friend of this guy) called Molotov Beatz passed away (comitted suicide). He stated that he is just fullfilling his friends last will; adding videos about Death Stranding's plot. Read it at your own risk, it seems quite interesting.
He captures the style of Kojima/probably the soul of the game too at chapter 6. I can't be sure because it could be Kojima (or his team) leaking this video since some fans shifted their expectations after watching PythonSelkan video.

I think its possible that the game may feature some scary moments like this when Mads controlling the dead against us.
He claims to know the plot of the game too (Spoiler Alert)
- The game is about earth after it decided to ''reboot'' itself after so many decades of pollution in order to eradicate the threat to it's existence: the humans. It happened so quickly. Vegetation, insects and animals are long gone. This killed 90% of the human population and those who survived developped a blood disease where the carbon monoxyde level in the blood reaches a fatal point in one's existance. The only way to counter it is to replace the blood with artificially created black plasma derived from oil (Aurum Nigrum Plasma) and balance it with the blood of artificially grown babies, being the only 2 sources of valuable goods as well as nutrients. Under supervision of 2 former military leaders, Sergent Norman Reedus of former US ARMY (Hero) and Mads Mikkelsen, former commander of Belarussian resistance group (Antagonist), Guillermo del Toro (dying Geneticist who's brain has being transfered to his assistant body because of aging ) was able to create a new form of plasma where babies are not needed anymore. But Mads had other plans. He took the new technology and had it modified by Guillermo under threat so he can be able to control the dead using mainly undead WW2 soldiers to build his own army and eradicate whats left of the human race. His vision is to be a "God" and a savior, with a population of undeads, guaranteeing a new era wehere the living are not needed and where the earth is free from the human race. After being betrayed, Norman was left for dead by Mads. He most stop him before he destroys what's left of humanity and must team up with two unexpected invisible allies which leaves Norman heart broken. The Black Gold (oil plasma) has more features than sustaining humans. Mads (Commander Aliaksandr) has completly changed the formula and has total control of this fake army. Using fetus that have being altered and with the black gold, he can control the electronics and machines as well. It's a symbiotic combination that can make anything ''alive''. To conclude, all the babies look alike ( like Norman's son when he was born). Being the last natural born baby, him and his mother (Norman's wife) had to sacrifice their body for the sake of humanity (their genetics being unique), but their spirit prevail. Norman has to live seeing all those babies with his son's face, constant reminder of a stranding pain. They are his gardian angels, and the reason he survived the attempted murder from Aliaksander. There is a third entity (obscure alien element) that is willing to help Norman....for now. We don't know there real motives yet.
Some parts reminded me the subplots of Mad Max and MGS 4. Mads going back and forth in time to predict Norman's actions sounds very Kojima. Symbiotic combination that can make anything alive could explain baby doll.
