If Del Toro's character won't be voiced by Del Toro what makes us so sure Norman Reedus's character won't be voiced by someone else?-UNR

The news broke out a while ago that Del Toro wont voice his character. If this is the case, what makes us so sure Norman Reedus will voice his? For context, there's been LITERALLY 0 SOURCES SAYING Norman Reedus will voice his character. Only lending his likeness to the game, that's it. And IMDb incorrectly lists voice only (in contrast to image only).

Can we get a few folks on this board to tweet Ken or Kojirpo asking if Norman will voice his own character? For all we know, Troy Baker could voice Norman.
