I'll mostly take the main ones.

• Rick and Shane: 37 in 2010, born in 1973.

• Lori: maybe 1 or 2 years younger which makes it about 35.

• Daryl: the hardest, since Norman Reedus looks younger than his age (he was 41 in 2010). I'd say Daryl is about 36 at the beginning of the show, which makes it 50 in season 11.

• Carol: I think about 45 in 2010 (Melissa's real age at that time), which makes it 59 in 2024

• Morgan: 45 in 2010

• Carl and Sophia: both 12, born in 1998. Carl is about 14.5, 15 when he dies.

• Dale: 64, he tells T-Dog.

• Glenn: 24 I think, a little older than Maggie who is 22 in 2010.

• Beth: 16

• Herschel: maybe 68-69.

• T-Dog: looks 30-32, no more.

• Merle: Michael Rooker looks younger than his age, was 55 in 2010. I think Merle is 46-47.

• Lydia: 17 I think, in the flashback where they meet Beta she looks 10, it was seven years ago.

• Alpha: 45 max.

• Beta: 50.

• Michonne: 35, no more.

• Andrea and Amy: 36 and 24.

• Negan: 50, maybe a little more.

• Simon: 45

• Governor: 45 too

• Tyreese and Sasha: 33 and 28

• Gabriel: 40-42

• Abraham, Eugene and Rosita: 46, 38 and 25
