a crew of astronauts crash their ship on mars where they were supposed to meet up with another group of astronauts but they find the headquarters abandoned and one of our astronauts is killed with a large tentacle taking him and the rest panic until they find a weakness in the hopes of surviving

with only Matt , Vanessa , Alan , George , Paul and Jack left the survivors escape to a bunker but a paranoid and selfish Paul tricks Jack and sacrifices him to the monsters

ending:
when Matt finds a escape pod he leads George and Alan to the escape pod but is himself tripped up by Paul but the monsters grab Paul Carson and kill him
Paul Carson (flesh torn off back dies of blood loss)
with Matt Church (played by me) , Alan Babbitt (played by Jim Carrey) and George Holster (played by Chris Pratt) escaping with their life they leave sad but out of no where a limping Jack Heffner (played b Mark Hamil) is found alive and the three crew members let their friend in to escape with them where they reflect on the deaths of their friends and eventually get back home unscathed but emotionally scarred.
