I think this movie is part of an anthology or may be a TV movie as part of a horror anthology TV show, not completely sure.

I seem to remember Norman Reedus stars in it, he plays this loser detective that gets hired by a rich collector to find a long lost old movie, people who watch the movie die, in the end.... —— SPOILERS (I think) —— The movie is supposed to be the filming of an angel being tortured to death and the pain suffered by the angel makes people die of sadness, although I may not be remembering that part correctly.

If Norman Reedus stars in it then it may not be that old, but I can’t seem to find it in his IMDB page or at least I can’t Identify it by name.
