DRAWBRIDGE
Civilian company founded by Fragile after BRIDGES that's being funded by a generous patron that has lots of access to plenty capital and tech. The DHV Magellan is being provided by this same generous patron, as mentioned by Hideo.
Their goal is to help reconnect places outside of the UCA to expand the Chiral Network.
The Magellan is definitely not based on anything from Metal Gear.

Automated Public Assistance Company / APAC
Hinted to be the bot manufacturing operation Higgs is running which is responsible for shipping autonomous weapons around the continent.
APAS
Nothing is really known besides the acronym, which may hint as APAC / APAS being shell companies of a larger company.
Red Cult / LC
LC comes from the initials seen on the Coffin, Higg's guitar strap and Higg's Hood.
The only LC that comes to mind is from the Ruse / NBGO, where the source of the image was found.
The idol the cultists carry that's also seen on the coffin.
They're likely responsible for attacking Fragile and Lou based off the colour of the pistol used, though it may have been BRIDGES / UCA looking for Lou in the bunker as Sam did go off the grid.
They appear to worship Amelie, much like Higgs did in DS.

Coffin's Mission
Coffin, Fragile's mother, was a new addition in the Director's Cut.
She grew sick of BRIDGES BBs experiments on BBs and set out to become an ANTI-BRIDGES terrorist group with the goal of freeing BBs from their pods. She ends up becoming trapped in the facility after BRIDGES self-destructs it, and ends up dying of cancer after raising a BB she saved from a pod that ended up passing away 5 years in.
She entrusted the mission to rescue the BBs onto Higgs, who later meets Amelie and ended up being influenced by her control over BTs and ended up submitting to her power as her Herald of Darkness.
The new Q-PID looks a lot like Coffin's Necklace / the Red Coffin
