Greetings, fellow MSS Redditors.

This here is a MOM compilation post which contains a compilement of rumors invloving specific characters who may or may not make an appearance for DS2. Now before you continue on, a few words...

Note #1: Vague reporting such as "there are other mutants" or "they've added more cameos" aren't included here because they simply weren't specific enough.

Note #2: 4chan sources aren't included as they're mostly uncorroborated or have been debunked.

Note #3: This post doesn't focus as much about what the rumored characters might do or how their stories may be executed or even what becomes of them once the film is all set and done, but rather more about whether they'll appear in the film or not.

Also, if there's a missing source that wasn't included in the original post, feel free to post it on this thread.

With that, here are the rumored characters and the individuals who may portray them. Hopefully this helps.

Doctor Strange

Daniel Richtman: RPK stated on his Patreon that Marvel wanted Joaquin Phoenix to make a cameo appearance and portray an alternate version of Doctor Strange in MOM. (Source)

MTTSH: Posted a plot leak in which included a variant of Wanda Maximoff appearing in MOM from an alternate universe where she lives happily with her twins Billy & Tommy. (Source)
MCU Theories Reddit Plot Leak: Says that a Wanda variant appears in DS2 in the Illuminati timeline who's with her kids. (Source)
Leaked Pre-VFX Images of Wanda, which were not only confirmed to be real by other film insiders, but also was alluded to be the Illuminati variant of the character, according to a few leakers. (Source)

Agatha Harkness

Portugese Plot Leak: A Pastebin leak translated from portugese said that the name "Harkness" is mentioned. (Source)

Doctor Strange Supreme

MTTSH: Confirmed the variant's appearance in the film when she stated that he isn't the main villain for MOM and that his stinger apperance at the end of the teaser trailer was just a deflection from who the real villain truly is. (Source)
BSL: Posted an article on the OneTakeNews website, reporting that Strange Supreme will make an appearance in MOM. The article also said that a darker/evil version of the Sanctum Sanctorum was built and will be seen in the film. (Source)

TFTMQ Plot Leak: Posted by MSSMods, the leak said that Strange Supreme makes an appearance in MOM, where he'll battle Wanda for a brief time. (Source)

MTTSH: Says an Illuminati Mordo variant will appear in DS2 by which she then pointed later on that the Mordo seen in the teaser trailer is the Illuminati variant. (Source #1 / Source #2)

Christine Palmer

MTTSH: Said there will be two Palmers appearing in MOM. She elaborated that the MCU version will only have a small role while the Illuminati variant will be the main one for most of the film. (Source)
Mutante e Orgulhoso (Mutant & Proud): Posted on Instagram that Christine Palmer will be essential to MOM's plot and that Rachael McAdams' character will be both Chirstine from the Main MCU timeline and Clea from the Illuminati timeline. The post also says that the Christine seen with Stephen and America Chavez is Clea. (Source)

Roger Wardell: Said that Tilda Swinton was in talks to return as The Ancient One for MOM. (Source)

Mr. Fantastic

KC Walsh: May have been hinting at John Krasinski potentially having a role for DS2 after posting a gif of the aforementioned individual in a tweet that said that he knew someone who watched a private MOM screening. (Source #1 / Source #2)
The Illuminerdi: The site reported that Krasinski may have filmed scenes as Mr. Fantastic for MOM. (Source)
MTTSH: Says Mr. Fantastic has been added in MOM as a member of the Illuminati. She also said in another occasion that John Krasinski is portraying Reed Richards in DS2. (Source #1 / Source #2)
Caleb Williams: Said the name of the individual who plays one of the members of the Fantastic 4 got leaked on the day the Mr. Fantastic news got out. Also said while that the version of the character in MOM will only be just a variant, it doesn't mean he may not play the prime version either. (Source #1 / Source #2)
ViewerAnon: Says he's heard Mr. Fantastic is in MOM, but is not played by Krasinski, but that he could be wrong. In a follow-up post, he also said that he knows that the character in DS2 is specifically a variant. (Source #1 / Source #2)

The Direct: The website posted an article indicating that Adam Hugill will join 'Multiverse of Madness' and will most likely portray the character Rintrah in the film. (Source)
MTTSH: Says he'll appear in the film. She then elaborated in another post that he'll appear with a big role and that it'll be Adam Hugill who'll portray the character. (Source #1 / Source #2)
MOM Teaser Trailer: At around the 1:35 mark of the trailer, Rintrah may be briefly seen. (Source)

Deadpool

Main Middle Man: Posted a tweet seemingly hinting a possible film appearance for Deadpool in MOM. (Source)
Small Screen UK: The website posted an article saying that Ryan Reynolds will make his MCU introduction as Deadpool in MOM in a cameo role of some sort. The article also stated that Reynold's character will reference Disney's acquisition of Fox in the film as well. (Source)
TFTMQ Plot Leak: Posted by MSSMods, the leak said that Deadpool makes an appearance in MOM by which he attempts to join in a fight between Wanda and America Chavez, but falls in one of the latter's portals instead. (Source)
GeekosityMag: The website posted an article stating that Deadpool will make a post-credit scene cameo appearance in MOM and that he's the same version from his two previous solo films. (Source)

Loki

Charles Murphy: In an article he posted on his website, it said that Tom Hiddleston will return as Loki in MOM. The article also seemed to have hinted that Hiddleston is actually more of a confirmed casting rather than a rumored one. (Source)
MTTSH: Says he's not in it, at least in the version she's heard, but that reshoots may have changed that. (Source)

TFTMQ Plot Leak: Posted by MSSMods, the leak said that Kang makes an appearance in MOM, but it's unknown for how long. (Source)

Kaecillius

TFTMQ Plot Leak: Posted by MSSMods, the leak said that a good Kaecillius variant portrayed by Mads Mikkelson makes an appearance in MOM who is the Sorcerer Supreme in an alternate universe. (Source)

Black Bolt

Daniel Richtman: Stated that Black Bolt may make an appearance in DS2 as a member of the Illuminati. (Source)
FandomWire: The Website posted an article stating that an Inhuman will make an appearance in MOM as a member of the Illuminati and that it'll be Black Bolt, who will show up as the leader of the Inhumans. (Source)
MTTSH: Stated that Black Bolt was an idea early on during development/production for MOM. However, she also stated her uncertainty on whether the character made it in the actual film. (Source)
KC Walsh: Replied to a question on whether the 'Black Bolt + MOM' rumors are false by stating that many characters were brought up as ideas on who could be added in DS2, but doesn't know how many of them actually made the final cut for the film. (Source)

Brother Voodoo

The Illuminerdi: The site posted an article saying that while the character wasn't specifically named, Marvel was looking for a supporting male lead who is of Caribbean descent as the character's nationality is Haitian by which is a part of the character's traits. (Source)
Daniel Richtman: Said that Marvel may be possibly casting a kid Brother Voodoo, as they're looking for an young actor who can do a Haitan accent and is also in the range of 8 years of age for a character desrcibed as an "athletic, intelligent and curious good boy who never gives up." (Source)

Hulk

KC Walsh: Responded to a question that asked whether Eric Bana could possibly return as the Hulk in MOM by saying that he has no idea as it's something that he hasn't overheard. (Source)
Nick Santos (Professor Hulk): Says that Eric Bana is not in MOM. (Source)

Clea

Daniel Richtman: hinted at possible auditions for the character. (Source)
The Illuminerdi: The site says that she will appear in DS2 and "will bring even more magic to the MCU." (Source)
MSS: A post from this sub with a leaked Image of possible characters for promotional/merchanise puposes shows concept art of a female individual with white hair, possibly being Clea. (Source)
Roger Wardell: Said that Clea will make her debut in MOM. He also stated that the character wll likely be portrayed by an asian actress. (Source)
Portugese Plot Leak: A Pastebin leak translated from portugese said that Clea appears in the film as an ally of the Illuminati and is an advisor for Professor X. (Source)
MCU Theories Reddit Plot Leak: Says that Clea makes a post-credit scene cameo appearance in DS2. (Source)
Mutante e Orgulhoso (Mutant & Proud): Posted on Instagram that a variant of Rachael McAdams' character, Chirstine Palmer, is Clea from the Illuminati timeline. The post also claims that the the Palmer variant seen with Stephen and America Chavez in the teaser trailer is Clea. (Source)
MTTSH: Reported that Marvel had talks with Charlize Theron for a possible MCU role. (Source)
KC Walsh: Posted a gif that was quickly deleted by which he then posted an image of Comic Clea, implying he may know who might be portraying the character although the GWW writer then later clarified that he wasn't attempting to imply anything specific in regards to that post. Grace Randolph: Said in a brief video clip that Lady Gaga was in contention for the role of Clea, but she that ultimately turned it down. (Source)

Iron Man

BSL: Says that Tom Cruise is not in MOM as Iron Man to his understanding but would love to see that. Later on he reported that there is no Iron Man variant in the film. (Source #1 / Source #2)
Daniel Richtman: Said on his Patreon that Marvel was considering Tom Cruise for a role as Iron Man from another universe. (Source)

Andy Signore: Posted a YouTube video reporting that Tobey Maguire was going to appear in MOM. He was amongst the very first to report that Tobey & Andrew would reappear in NWH. (Source)
FandomWire: The website reported that Tobey was set for a role in DS2. According to the article, once Maguire finished filming his scenes for NWH in Atlanta, he would then fly to London where production for MOM was set. They also were among the few who reported the TM & AG + NWH casting news very early on. (Source)
Grace Randolph: Said at the time that Tobey Maguire was close to a deal to appear in two MCU films (NWH & MOM). (Source)
Daniel Richtman: RPK said that Maguire was negociating for a cameo appearance in MOM. (Source)
Bennp19: The user who claimed to be a Marvel employee working as a production assistant said that there was a silhouette of what might have been a Spider-Man suit on a costume department board, but that it was a black silhouette. He/She guessed that it was either a massive spoiler that was hidden from the rest of the crew or it was something that hadn't been confirmed yet. (Source)
AjepArt: As a writer for GWW at the time, he hinted (paraphrasing here) that MOM would be Tobey's third film appearance since Boss Baby. He then later elaborated in a private DM that Maguire will appear in DS2 as an extended cameo. (Source #1 / Source #2)
Small Screen UK: The British online website said that Tobey will be in MOM. Its source from the article said that Maguire is excited to work with Sam Raimi again. It also said that while it might just be a brief cameo appearance, Maguire will portray his same version of Spider-Man from the Raimi films. (Source)

The DisInsider: Stated at the 1:20:15 time mark on Episode #70 of their show podcast that Tobey Maguire will be in 'Multiverse of Madness' as Spider-Man. Unknown if Andrew Garfield will appear as well. (Source)

Nick Santos (Professor Hulk): Posted an article on That Hashtag Show website in which he wrote that Ghost Rider will make his MCU debut appearance in MOM, but that he won't be portrayed by neither Nicolas Cage (Johnny Blaze) nor by Gabriel Luna (Robbie Reyes) of 'Agents of Shield'. According to the THS scooper, it'll be the Johnny Blaze character who'll be the Ghost Rider of the MCU and unless talks fail, it'll be Norman Reedus who'll portray the character. Atlanta Filming: Said that Ghost Rider will make an appearance in MOM and that he will be seen getting freed from a spiritual prision of some kind during some "kerfuffen." (Source)

MTTSH: Posted a plot leak in which included Billy & Tommy appearing in MOM from an alternate universe where they live happily with a Wanda variant. She made an assumption that the twins may be older by the end of the film. (Source)
MCU Theories Reddit Plot Leak: Says that Billy & Tommy appear in DS2 in the Illuminati timeline with their mother, Wanda. The leak also says that the Maximoff Twins will be aged up by the end of the film. (Source)
TFTMQ Plot Leak: Posted by MSSMods, the leak said that the Maximoff Twins will make two brief appearances. One where they're grown-up in Wanda's imagination and the other at the end of the film where they're eating at a pizzeria. (Source)

Nightcrawler

The Deep Cut: In a Zoom video interview posted on YouTube, when asked by John Rocha about the experience of portraying Nightcrawler, Kodi Smit-McPhee at around the 31:39 minute mark, said that he would love to reprise the character again and hoped that Disney could work with Fox in continuing the X-Men film franchise. As he continued talking about it during the interview, at around the 32:25 minute mark, the video was then edited by which Rocha later explained the reason for that portion of the video being cut was because Smith-McPhee got "too talkative" in regards to the Nightcrawler topic. Daredevil

BSL: Stated that Ben Affleck was reached out by Marvel for a possible cameo appearance as Daredevil. According to him, Marvel sent Affleck preliminary contracts to his team, but isn't sure what ultimately came out of it. (Source)
KC Walsh: Said he saw a story regarding Marvel reaching out to Ben Affleck for a Daredevil cameo, something he heard as well, but also said to not expect a cameo appearance of him in MOM. (Source)
Grace Randolph: Said she also heard the BA + MOM rumors as well, but added that she doesn't believe Affleck accepted the role as he's done with superhero stuff. (Source)
