'Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness': A Comprehensive Rounded-Up Compilation Post of Rumored Possible Character Appearances-UNR
Greetings, fellow MSS Redditors.
This here is a MOM compilation post which contains a compilement of rumors invloving specific characters who may or may not make an appearance for DS2. Now before you continue on, a few words...
Note #1: Vague reporting such as "there are other mutants" or "they've added more cameos" aren't included here because they simply weren't specific enough.
Note #2: 4chan sources aren't included as they're mostly uncorroborated or have been debunked.
Note #3: This post doesn't focus as much about what the rumored characters might do or how their stories may be executed or even what becomes of them once the film is all set and done, but rather more about whether they'll appear in the film or not.
Also, if there's a missing source that wasn't included in the original post, feel free to post it on this thread.

- The Deep Cut: In a Zoom video interview posted on YouTube, when asked by John Rocha about the experience of portraying Nightcrawler, Kodi Smit-McPhee at around the 31:39 minute mark, said that he would love to reprise the character again and hoped that Disney could work with Fox in continuing the X-Men film franchise. As he continued talking about it during the interview, at around the 32:25 minute mark, the video was then edited by which Rocha later explained the reason for that portion of the video being cut was because Smith-McPhee got "too talkative" in regards to the Nightcrawler topic. Characters I want to see…-UNR
The post-credit scene of NWH, when venom got zapped away the symbiote he left behind was super small. Which made me think, what if thats how Gorr The Godbutcher gets his sword in Thor 4.

Just completed the game-UNR
It's 6 am here in Russia and I have just completed the game for the first time. Wow....it's hard to find precise words to describe what I feel. I think I cried 6 or 7 times this night while playing.
I don't think a computer game has ever had such a strong emotional effect on me, the closest would be Red Dead Redemption 2.
Hideo Kojima is truly a genius. This is art of the highest tier.
Game's message, complex characters, graphics, music design, game design, everything is on the top level. Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen and other actors did such an amazing job.
Thanks to everyone who made this game and thanks to my brothers and sisters who helped to build bridges, highways, generators and other things.

I just ordered Death Stranding for the ps5, will recive it next week. I don't really like Metal Gear Solid 5 because the story was just to messy and all over the place.
Is it easier to follow Death Strandings story? I just finished Red Dead Redemption 2 for the 6th time and need something new. In September of 2012 Hideo Kojima first talked about how his newly build "Foxengine" might also be used for other Konami properties like "Silent Hill"...
"Kojima said that the engine, though unfinished, is already at a level that his company can start making a game with it. He teased the possibility of another Konami property, Silent Hill, taking advantage of the engine, but until Saturday, the content of Kojima's game was unknown. "
Later that month Kojima personally confirmed that the then president of Konami "Tomoyuki Tsuboi" personally asked him to develop the next entry in the "Silent Hill" franchise.

P.T. was actually a teaser for the next entry in the "Silent Hill" franchise , called "Silent Hill(s)"Developed by "Kojima Productions" and "Konami".
Similar to MGSV's marketing campaign Kojima had set up a fake studio to play a little game with the fans.
The game would be co-published by "Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE)" and co-directed by famous Film-Director and longtime friend of Hideo Kojima , "Guillermo del Toro" .

In early 2015 things started to take a turn.
on march 4th during the promo-campaign for "Metal Gear Solid V - The Phantom Pain" Kojima told IGN:
"I always say 'this will be my last Metal Gear,'" Kojima said, "but the games in the series that I've personally designed and produced -- Metal Gear on MSX, MG2, MGS1, 2, 3, 4, Peace Walker, and now MGSV -- are what constitute a single 'Metal Gear Saga.' With MGSV, I'm finally closing the loop on that saga."
"In that sense, this will be the final 'Metal Gear Solid,'" Kojima continued. "Even if the 'Metal Gear' franchise continues, this is the last 'Metal Gear.'"
At the end of march, the famous line "A HIDEO KOJIMA GAME" vanishes from all promotional material including the box art of MGSV.
At the same time , some insider claim that Hideo Kojima is leaving Konami because of power struggles between the developers and the higher-ups at Konami.
Konami doesn't comment on any of the rumors but at the same time they start hiring for a new team to develop the next "Metal Gear Solid".
In early April Kojima's name also vanishes from the P.T. (Silent Hills) website.
On April 10th, Voice actress and singer of MGSV's title theme Donna Burke (Silent Hill 2 and MGSV)
tweeted the following in response to a fan asking if he should boycott MGSV:

Bluebox finally gave an update on the game on twitter.
They announced the "Playable Prologue".. or "P.P."...
"We will be releasing an update for the app shortly with new trailers and content. The Prologue is a full game and not a demo or trailer. Hope this gave you same clearity."

During the next few weeks we got several teases from Hideo Kojima but would stand out from the others.
The header image was also changed during that time...( I couldn't find the exact date of this happening)
For now you can see a picture of a snowy field with footprints (an imagery often used in Silent Hill 2 , so much so that Konami even made merchandise with the footprints.)

Kojima discusses future projects (AAA & struggling smaller title)-UNR
To summarise:
- Kojima is working on a AAA title that will "A big AAA title that everyone will say that they want to play"
- The smaller title is struggling to hire staff due to the pandemic
- The smaller project will not be open world or a shooter game
- Kojima is making anime, film and dramas

Kojima's "challenging title"-UNR
I have a feeling that this challenging title Kojima was talking about, could be a VR title.
With PSVR2 being officialy announced, he might be ready to "experiment" with some "next level" stuff .
"This year, I'm going to start a new work in earnest, and move to the NEXT LEVEL of EXPERIMENTATION with a radical project. I'm also hoping to get the video team going. And I may start doing something like a radio project?"

After seeing the teaser for "HORIZON: Call Of The Mountain" I could very well imagine SONY wanting to bring DEATH STRANDING also to PSVR2 in some way.

This would also perfectly explain why Norman Reedus talked about a DEATH STRANDING sequel during an interview.
