Short and sweet, I think having Keanu Reeves as Johny Silverhand takes me out of my immersion. It just looks exactly like Keanu Reeves with a prosthetic arm. It makes me go, "oh hey, is that Keanu Reeves with a metal fister?" instead of "oh hey, that's Silverhand."
Another game that did this was death's stranding featuring Norman Reedus. My brain just says that's the guy from walking dead the whole time I see his face, it just breaks me out of the immersion of the game.
