For two reasons:

Andrew alluded to this in front of the press, Norman Reedus was asked for comment in the article and said that upon reading the script he was called by a panicked Lincoln and had to talk to him for two hours to calm him.

When talking about how he wants Rick to die the whole pannel feels uncomfortable, body language is closed, most of the people are crossing their arms and Andrew Lincoln has these weird emotional faces, like he's very affected. At 0:45 he stops joking for a minute, starts having a disgusted face and whispers "fuck you" to somebody who I couldn't identify. Maybe because he wasn't allowed the death he wanted ?

I'm afraid the next episode will see Rick die.
