I love you, Cliff Unger-UNR
mining for dopamine-UNR
I was celibate from 2019 (New Year's 2020 doesn't count because the frenulum between his dick shaft and dick head was torn so even though I was going to have sex with him, when we tried, he'd start bleeding, and when I tried blowing him, I tasted pennies and spit out dick blood into the Holiday Inn sink) to August 2023 (when I met a guy in the astrology subreddit even though I wasn't looking - he starred in my coital breakup post) and have now been celibate again since May or June? of 2024. I was/am celibate for my best interest and for sociopolitical reasons. I am technically 4b but dont talk about it due to the political climate (oops) and dont engage with it in an 'official' capacity anyways. feminist spaces lost their appeal and radicalism years ago - it all plays out the same as any other space occupied by people (especially women who have been socialized to have no unity with each other try as hard as they can to unlearn it) and becomes a cliquish mess. I couldn't tell you the last time I interacted with a man but then again that's easy when you don't leave your house. but even before i became a hermit i never took men seriously as people and always recognized women, as terrifying as they are, at least being capable of being my emotional and intellectual and personal equals. I think about my dad a lot obviously which isnt really female centered of me but at the day i end up exactly what i started out as - a misanthropist. it all comes to a point where you get burned out enough and recognize the hopelessness of it all (tell me when in human history has any oppressed group has achieved any of the actual liberation theyve been fighting for and i mean true actual liberation, not equality via being accepted into the preceding power structures that once oppressed them) and it's so much easier to just spurn humans as innately evil corrupt animals (an 'evolved' group that ironically use animal as an insult when animals at least aren't capable of the cruelty humans are).
i went from a misanthropist to a raging feminist from the age of ~20-28 and then my zeal just sort of petered out. it's not that my beliefs changed at all but that it all seemed pointless to talk about any further especially since libfeminism had infiltrated the mainstream so much and now everyone was a 'feminist' and the movement has been thoroughly colonized by handmaidens. i remember the like two years i was a libfem in my youth (before i naturally started questioning all of its patriarchal perpetuating tenets like someone with critical thinking skills should - i wasnt even exposed to radical feminism but instead started formulating the beliefs that happened to pertain to it myself) when i'd just sit topless with friends and id tell guys with unhinged jaws that i was doing a feminism and they could even touch if they wanted, that this was not a sexual experience and it would be the same as me squeezing their pectoralis (i was obviously completely severed from any social context and convinced that if i acted as if it were a post feminist world, it would be).
it sucks but i cant talk about myself without talking about my relationships and interactions with men and how they affect/ed me. i wish this wasnt the case and that i never mentioned any man and that they werent the basis of so much of the trauma and stories i have but i cant deny a reality and it is a reality that exists because of how women are socialized to center men so of course that will be reflected. i lost my virginity at 17 to the guy i stayed with until i was 24 and when i was single again i was pissed id wasted so much time with one person who wouldnt even french kiss or touch me with his hands during sex, in essence being treated like a hole for 7 years and i really thought there was more to experience out there which is a laugh. ofc like a good young woman i thought that experiencing life meant having casual sex. i always make the joke that i swang from dick to dick like tarzan on vines. just imagine the tarzan scream and imagine the hanging dicks.
i was searching for something obviously and my default setting was to search for things in men. back when i still thought there was anything to even find inside them. maybe some narcissistic and or sociopathic tendencies, that's the best i could find. deep wells of insecurity yeah but nothing impressively comparable to the emotional complexity and depth that women possess so any pain i witnessed was also mediocre. the cruelty was very simplistic and shallow inheritances from patriarchy and male socialization, not even original. everything was one note and underwhelming. the pain i experienced was me insisting on experiencing pain, my life depended on it for its transformative properties. so in essence i kept raping myself and raping myself and raping myself and subjecting myself to these ignominious situations. i never stopped to ask myself anything or check in with myself except for why i wasnt good enough for this or that loser between binges of alcohol and xanax so i could try to stymie the pain i insisted on filling myself with. i just kept hurling forward to the next car or rooftop, running away from my self who was running after me with a cleaver.
i always felt worse and emptier afterwards and my mental health would disintegrate further the more exposed to these men i was. there was yuri who finally touched me after 7 years of not being touched and i was ok with it even if his touch left my tits cheetah printed with bruises and i couldnt raise my arms after from how hard hed pulled out my breasts. hed bruise me up throwing his dogs toys at me and constantly pushed me fully clothed in his pool for his entertainment. i only left him after he told me to put some makeup on for sex because that was too far. there was jack with a lithp who said he had dyspraxia not autism but it didnt affect his coordination when it came to cunnilingus. when he came he would scrunch his eyes, make little t-rex arms, and move his head side to side. he drooled on me once. there was sam who impregnated a girl he met on tinder. he was a deadbeat father whose daughter was the love of his life of course. he would giggle like a little schoolgirl during the 90 seconds we'd have sex before he'd lose his erection. his ex ex girlfriend would cyberstalking me, making fake profiles of me on social media and pasting my face onto images of porn. the police said they couldnt do anything until she physically hurt me. there was juan who i met at work. he invited me out to a restaurant where we took up a table just for him to order his own drink. we had sex twice and i cant remember it because it wasnt gratuitously violent. he said i ruined his life because of how i grabbed him by the ass and swallowed him whole. he was the owner of the New Year's 2020 bloody dick, a night during which he whispered he loved me as he spotted the hotel bed like a menstruating lovesick teenage girl. I was disgusted by his tenderness. hes a suicidal doctor now and every time he returns to visit family he tries to rent me for the night. there was gabriel who would ask me to ahegao faces when we had sex and inexplicably sent me a picture of his injured fist after he'd punched a stop sign. he eventually started stalking me, making new numbers and new emails to message and send me dick pics from every time i blocked him. the police said they couldnt do anything until he hurt me. there was christian whose dad abused him and made him wear a diaper until he was 11. his penis was wide at the bottom and narrow at the top. he told me i gave him the worst blowjob hed ever had and that he'd faked his orgasm (jizz and all) but that it was okay because we'd learn each other's bodies. smiley face. i never had sex with him and still sometimes wish i had.
i stopped believing in heterosexual love a very long time ago but im not sure if its something im capable of in any relationship. maybe im being too existential but literally what the fuck is love? parental love, that's biochemical and evolutionary (and even then doesn't exist a lot of the time) and not a freely made choice so that's not an example. romantic love is a social tool to used to keep women bound to men and romanticizing their servitude/submission. platonic love is the only type that could perhaps exist but maybe im projecting but i feel like humans are too selfish at their core to truly love. i dont feel like it's love if it's not a freely made choice as i mentioned earlier and i also dont feel like it's love if it's not enduring. the last point is definitely flawed. it will be argued that just because something doesnt last doesnt render it any less real. if you loved someone why would you stop loving them though? unless they hurt you in some way then why would it fade? i was in a long term relationship at such an early age than most so that at 24 I had already experienced the ubiquitous phenomena of the old married couple who are more sterilized life partners than a romantic couple. and that's seen as the ideal happily ever after for most people, to end up sitting side by side with their retirement money and no passion. it's terrifying. that's not love, that's settling. im also not interested in forever, either, though. that sounds claustrophobic. but i want metrics, i want a clearly defined model and parameters that will tell me once and for all what love is and how to know if you love someone. all the things people answer the questions of love with can be explained by anything other than love. it's 'subjective'. you never know if it was really love or not until after the fact. so tell me again how you know you are in love? sounds like the knowledge proceeds the thing and it has to break down before you are elucidated. i dont like lies and i dont like my brain or body or me lying to myself. i dont like other people lying to me or other peoples bodies lying to them and in turn lying to me. ultimately you cant trust them or yourself. why the fuck would anyone want anything to do with this? how is it worth it in any way? yeah i had fun for like 5 minutes when i felt wanted before the emptiness of being used for my body set in or more long term before all my emotions faded and i was left with disappointment and disillusionment, feeling either tricked by the other person or by my body's duplicitous chemical reactions. also everyone wants to love and be loved so bad that theyre not rigorous with it. they dont take it seriously and play fast and loose with the concept. i can tell when someone is telling me they love me because they WANT to be in love and ive been very self conscious every time ive told someone i loved them, knowing it was something i was trying to conjure rather than something i was truly feeling, how flat it would fall on my tongue, how much like a bad actor i sounded. so tell me without it possibly being a stand in for loneliness or a patriarchal construct or infatuation or idealization or fleeting passion, what is love? also what is it supposed to do for me or is that wrong to ask, so machiavellian of me. I remember in a college class we did a test on every student and i scored as possessing the least machiavellianism of them all. i think im too earnest and genuine for this love thing and ultimately im not tapped in to the fact that it's people's favorite game/pastime or something because there's absolutely nothing sincere about the way it functions, how people feel and express it and how it's capable of coming and going from one day to the next. i dont know what love is but it's definitely not fickle, right? anyways, because i dont know what love is, because ive never experienced it, i cant love. oh how sad everyone dabs at their eyes. no whats sad is how you lie to yourself and assume its love because youd rather. thats fucking pathetic. get clear headed and straight with yourself. stop fucking around. im not gonna fucking kid myself. everything is lubricated with lies and every social construct and contract and norm is a slimy lie. it makes me so sick but im sick because i actually sit down and think about these things, question, think critically, probe. and then im honest about it.
pamplemousse he said. crepuscular he said. so even though im bereft of any capacity or urge to love on both a logical and emotional level i still mine for dopamine and i still like looking at good looking men and masturbating with their faces playing in my brain although i dont want to be touched. well maybe by the ones that are long gone from this earth plane and thus their masculinity has rubbed off. i only started thinking of men while masturbating within the last year or two. before that id just focus on the orgasm until i did...i dont understand how people need aids. i dont think they truly do, theyve just adjusted to needing them and thinking they do. i also look down on devices. i believe all women should be capable of bringing themselves to orgasm with their own hands and if they cant they better get down to fucking perfecting that. if i have to read one more post of a woman wondering why she isnt orgasming during sex with a man i think my clitoris will atrophy. women sometimes piss me off more than men ever could. its because they should know better yet they insist on not. its a much more personal betrayal. we are part of the same group and youre being a dumb bitch. stop being a dumb bitch. why are you under a man? i prefer missionary too but im speaking figuratively. leave and use your hands and orgasm 8 times in an row to your own fucking body.
but im still attracted to men, however it stops there with my gaze. it goes no further than that because the reality is unappealing. when i went out and living here, i barely ever saw men i was attracted to. i thought i was asexual for a while before my first relationship but then it just turned out i was only into a very hyperspecific phenotype. i once joked about how i only find white men attractive due to internalized racism (as with all good jokes, it contained truth and social analysis) and this dumbass just looked horrified as i laughed it off. read a sociology book and take the stick out of you ass you dumb bitch. that was like 10 years ago and i dont forget those types of very personal offenses. norman reedus, kurt cobain, evan peters as tate langdon, gerard way, the singer from the academy is in the 2000s, young leonardo dicaprio of course. fucking jack gleeson at the moment, who is not conventionally good looking but that's actually my most compelling type, how did i even come across him recently but that man has me smiling to myself and my youtube/search history looking like a pubescent girl's. but it's fine because its just a one way channel transmitted to me that im receiving and at any time it can and will dwindle and be fine. i like these relationships, its clean, its not messy, i know what's happening, it's a crush. but at the end of the day i do still feel pathetic feeling any sort of emotion for a man and i have to confront the fact that even though ive come along way since the days of being grateful that a guy was squeezing my tits so hard they were hemorrhaging, it's still a gateway drug, just like when i wasnt looking for a thing and met that guy on reddit and broke my years of celibacy, thinking i never would fall (as in stumble, obviously not as in love) but instead found myself so easily led back to square 1, to my old pathetic ways of debasing myself in the pursuit of this love i dont think even exists but that true to my tragic socialized womanhood (because men do not struggle with this, theyre not deep enough to, they just want their bangmaid/mommy archetype filled) i still could betray myself for.

Question...-UNR
Hi everyone,
Not long to go now.
Just a quick question, this is my first time going to NYCC, I have tickets for Friday and Saturday.
I'm specifically wanting to try and attend the TWD:Daryl Dixon panel and potentially the signings for Norman Reedus.
-
Is TWD Hall normally a reservation?
-
Will We get a time for Norman's signings before the day or more likely find out on the day?
Thank you in advance.

Autograph Starting Time and the Queue-UNR
Hi guys this is my first time at NYCC and I’m really excited to see Norman Reedus in person. Just want to know when do guests usually start to do autographs and how long do I need to wait in line approximately? I want to do multiple autographs with Norman so I wonder if there’s enough time:) Thank you all!

Fetch but the post credit scene left me speechless where if it wasn't for the post credit scene, maybe i wouldn't have liked it
Did anyone else felt like they were looking at the Silent Hills/P.T. ending scene?
The way we see the street covered in blood as the camera goes forward reminded me of the way we see Norman Reedus walking thru the street at the end of P.T. taught maybe its a reference... anyone else find anything related to P.T.?
I absolutely love the idea that it was all in her head and the medication and the pressure of an unwanted life made her loose it and kill everyone, and doesn't that sound like the lore for P.T. to anyone else???
idk it just reminded me of the impact P.T. had...
also just on a side note. i am wondering if we're gonna get F2/sequel or some sorts... i think it was a great game and there might be more to explore in this spin off...

Blood meridian fancast kind of-UNR
I don't know why, but if I were to imagine any of the big big actors playing characters, I would immediately imagine Willem Dafoe as the idiot and Samuel L Jackson as the black Jackson. Also is it just me but would Norman Reedus seem like the perfect actor facially wise to play toadvine.

How much of Silent Hills do you think passed onto Death Stranding?-UNR
I'm playing DS1 for the first time ever and i can't help but notice some similarities and interesting nods between both P.T and Death Stranding, and it is certainly interesting. Both dead mothers being named Lisa, the huge themes between fathers and babies, the moody fog and the one that made me think the most about it: beaches. While we know nothing about Silent Hills development, we do know it's plural. So maybe in the game we would explore people's different purgatories? Made me think about the WW1, WW2 scenario and how well that would fit into a Silent Hill game as a personal hell for soldiers. Beaches are certainly very similar to this concept in the SH franchise. I don't know if Kojima ever talked about this ever, or if anything besides Norman Reedus is actually tied to both projects.
A little thing but it's bugging me-UNR
I'm watching TWD Origins ep 1, Daryl's story. Over the part of the episode Still where Beth and Daryl are bonding, Norman Reedus narrates: "This is the first girl who's ever been nice to Daryl, so he..he misreads the situation." Followed by the part where Beth says "so you do think there are good people around, what changed your mind?" And he just looks at her and mumbles and she smiles, etc. What about that was Daryl misreading? I don't understand. It's not as if he went for a kiss or something.
I find Helluva Boss' current situation with Striker and Queen Beelzebub almost ironic-UNR
Like by season two, SpindleHorse had already replaced Norman Reedus with Edward Bosco as the voice of Striker. Yet they still tried to keep Kesha around as the voice of Queen Beelzebub in her only S2 appearance in Mastermind, and that's why we haven't seen much of her in S2 compared to the other deadly sin, Asmodeus. And it took them until the upcoming season three to finally replace Kesha with Rochelle Diamante as the new voice of Bee, just to use her more often than they used to in the first two seasons.
And yet Bee got a lot more plushies of herself, compared to Striker only getting a mini-plushie of himself, and that's it. Like I remember showing you photographs of my seated, premium, and weighted plushies of Queen Beelzebub.
Like if there was anything this demonstrates, it's that Helluva Boss really did have an enormous bias for its male characters over its female ones, and that Bee apparently made for a better plushie than she did an actual character compared to the complete opposite with a male character like Striker.

Sony is looking to licence out Decima engine to more devs-UNR
Please take this as massive grain of salt. Was talking to an apparent ex London Studio employee at the London Death Stranding event. (We were standing waiting for Kojima to leave to get stuff signed but the sneaky bugger left via a different exit... And probably a cardboard box)
We were chatting away and I was asking some questions and a group of us git chatting, sadly he wouldn't say much because he still had a NDA even after being made redundant but one thing he mentioned was that he had personally used Decima before, wouldn't say what for. I pressed for more but he wouldn't say anything other than that Sony are trying to shop around Decima to more developers. Not sure if he meant just first party or third.
Don't think any of us got anything more out of him. He mentioned having tried Horizon Online (maybe he worked with Decima on this) but he wouldn't say anything at all, aside ftom when I asked if I should be excited for it and he just said "No"
He mentioned that Last of Us online was super fun untill Bungie came on and shat on it.
Again please take this as a pinch of salt. For all I know this guy was chatting pish and never even worked at Studio London at all. He seemed genuine though. I've tried to remember as much interesting info as I can, we were waiting for around 2 hours for Kojima to come out and he never did! Got a signature from Norman Reedus though!
The walking dead survival instinct has become a guilty pleasure of mine.-UNR
The game itself is pretty hard to play legally. You need to get an Xbox 360 and a copy of the game, which isn't so expensive, but its definitely harder than just buying it on Steam.
And the graphics really suck. Im spoiled on call of duty 4 and call of duty world at war having amazing graphics but this game in comparison is grainy and roughly made.
the gameplay is stiff and often inconsistent. but i think that works to its advantage in A weird way. it encourages more smart play, since you can really guarantee that you can just Rambo your way through all the zombies.
Iv'e not beat the game but so far it has a pretty bad story and writing. the acting is spotty. not sure if its how they cut his lines of Norman Reedus sounds downright bad most of the time.
the gameplay loop itself is fun. choose your route, manage your group, scavenge for supplies, and try to find your way through your environment.
it also weirdly has no difficulty setting which i feel is a strange oversight.
anyway its a game your justified in saying is bad. But I feel like its written off a little bit
and PSA the game is not available on new Xbox consoles through backwards compatibility. you need an actual xbox 360 to run it

Should Maggie have been killed off?-UNR
Lauren Cohan chose to leave The Walking Dead after her contract ran out after filming Season 8 because;
-
She wanted to be paid as much as Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus were getting paid, and AMC refused.
-
She got offered the lead role in another TV show called Whiskey Cavalier.
Eventually, she would chose to come back just one year later.
However, the great exodus of Seasons 7-9 would never have been as noticeable and damaging to the show if Maggie had just been killed off instead of written out.
By the time Michonne, a lot of people joked that the best way for characters to avoid getting killed off on The Walking Dead was for their actors to just leave. Whenever an actor was announced as leaving, everyone knew their character would survive.
As a character, Maggie has become rather bland and repetitive since Glenn died, going from the constant "To kill Negan or not to kill Negan" story for the last five years.
Looking back on The Walking Dead, I think it would've helped the show if Maggie had just been killed off in Season 8, and been the big and surprising death of that season, instead of someone like Carl whose actor actually wanted to stay on the show for as long as he could and didn't really care about money or pay rises like Lauren Cohan.
Should Maggie have been killed off in Season 8 or 9 instead of being written out? Would The Walking Dead as a show have done better if it had killed off Maggie and kept another one of its main characters alive in her place, like say Carl or Rosita?
There would've been backlash to killing off Maggie I'm sure, and people would've claimed killing Maggie off after her actress dared to ask for a pay rise would've been interpreted as sexist or morally wrong.
But in the long run, I think killing off Maggie in Season 8 would've helped the show and the wider franchise, and Maggie should've been killed off.

I simply cannot imagine going with any other actor, like hell no. I know that they arent going to get every single major actor from the games but Norman as Sam ls just essential.

My opinion as a new watcher of the show, having just finished S2-UNR
S1 was a masterpiece. From its compact form, every episode building up to something, while having its own separate arc, the characters, the pacing, the music, everything all good, leading up to the finale and the first 'true' philosophical angle of the show of 'Whether it is worth it to stay alive in such a world?' was genius. Adagio in D Minor by default makes every scene a masterpiece, so there's that, but Jenner and Jacqui's death was a phenomenal moment, and even Andrea's decision to stay, THEN to leave to save Dale (while having been robbed of her autonomy of decision) are genius strokes. Loved it through and through.
S2 dropped the ball for me. First, I don't understand why they needed to pad it into 13 episodes, and not just 6-8. While the overarching story of Sophia Lost>Finding the farm>Herschel's refusal of reality>Finding Sophia>Shane's fallout, and everything burns up in flames was good, sometimes I felt that we were going from one random character (despite knowing FULL WELL that they shouldn't) just randomly walking off, and to now a new search beginning for someone else. I feel like it happened like 6 times.
Some of the more philosophical angles were a lot weaker, forced even, as if they were not sure if their audience was clever enough to understand their weight. Having a baby in this world? Even living in this world? The autonomy to commit suicide? The morality of taking a life? Most of it was so SPELLED OUT for you, even when it tried to be subtle, it was so obvious.
Beth's attempted suicide is a good example: The moment we see Lori bring her lunch with cutlery, we KNOW that she's gonna probably use that to try to commit suicide. Instead, we have like 3-4 individual scenes, where we are explicitly shown that oh, no, she's thinking about it etc. Instead, Lori could have just dropped the tray with the food & cutlery, some scenes later we would get to her attempting to commit suicide, then NOT going through with it, instead choosing life, would make it a far better scene than where we are blatantly told several times what's actually happening. Less is more, dear screenwriters!
The whole thing just felt so "written", plot-driven, things conveniently being there or not there or like this or not like this as the plot commanded, it was very hard to keep my suspension of disbelief up the whole time. Walkers are painted as a dangerous force, who tend to conveniently slow down at some moment for a good shot. Team decides to save ammo, yet continues killing lone ones with guns. Carl at one point is afraid of guns, then he is acting cowboy, then is back to being a kid again (okay, he is a kid going through hard stuff, I get it), fuel never seems like a problem, it was so weird seeing people just get in their priuses to go shopping, sometimes the walkers are strong, sometimes they are pushovers. The whole thing just feels inconsistent.
We're constantly just back-and-forth-ing between situations
- They can stay / they need to leave
- Killing is required / Killing is bad
- A gets lots / B gets lost looking for A / C gets lost looking for B
- Shane totally lost / Shane is ok now
Which brings me to characters.
Obviously Daryl is the coolest, while still being a fully rounded character.
Carol is surprisingly interesting, and their dynamic is probably my favourite right now.
Rick is still an excellent protagonist, but perhaps bursting out into 'keeping the group together monologue' too often
T-dog sadly ceased to be an actual character in this season, I wanted to see more of him
Dale was a favourite, but his death had its perfect place and timing
Carl... I wanted to like him, but he suffers from Andrea syndrome
Lori... okay I kinda see it. Pregnant, young woman in all this. But pretty bland otherwise.
Glenn, my boy, I just hope he survives. Probably the only relatable character for most people.
Shane was interesting to watch for the first time. His 10th time hesitating between being fully psycho/normal got boring.
Herschel & family: a nice contrast to the main group, man's refusal of the situation was interesting, but now it's time for them to be written out
Andrea, while one of my favourites in S1, became the worst character for me. I guess they wanted to write her into a strong female character, which I guess they succeeded, but unfortunately she also became an annoying b*&! in the process. I wanted so much from her after the whole (it was my choice to make and you took it from me). Becoming an angry ball of fluff, wanting guns, and being hot for Shane was just not how I imagined her transformation after that life-changing experience. Sad.
But at least (apart from some) the characters are all very well acted.
Guess due to the abundant cliffhangers that became a staple of our era, I guess I am hooked enough to continue, but I already feel such a huge downgrade of overall quality of the show's writing from S1, while still not being a bad show, it just feels like a more generic one. Still curious to find out how the whole thing happened, how the world got to be like this, which is probably a hook they'll keep for the rest of the seasons unlike let's say the Last of Us, where we know this info from the start, and the rest keeps you interested because of the drama.
At least I finally understand why people love Norman Reedus.

[F4M] Beth x Daryl-UNR
Hi, everyone! So, lately i've been obsessed with the actors Norman Reedus and Emily Kinney and their characters from The Walking Dead, and i'd love to do an rp with them!!
While im open to sticking with the show's lore, i also have a few plot ideas of my own that i wanna try. I'll list those plots below. Just a quick note: in all of them, Beth will be the same age Emily Kinney was while filming the show (25 years old)
The plots —
• Daryl is stuck in an unhappy marriage, and Beth just moved in next door. • Beth is a college student, and Daryl happens to be her professor. • Beth and Daryl accidentally book the same Airbnb and end up having to share it. • Beth is engaged to Daryl’s brother, Merle. • Beth is the teacher of Daryl’s son. • Beth’s car breaks down on a road trip, and Daryl is the mechanic sent to fix it.
Requirements —
• Must have watched the show • You need to know how to play as Daryl • Have discord
If you're interested, please send a message! Messages like "hi" or "rp?" will be ignored.

Commuting rant: No Matter What, They Just Have to Get In-UNR
I saw him arriving from a far distance.
I was already on the edge of the car, right in front of the automatic doors. I knew there were at least 15 good cm from my gaijin nose to the doors when they would close , I was safe. And I would give some more space to the stinky salaryman behind me by squeezing against the doors when they shut. All was perfectly planned. I know the Oedo line, I always take the 7:46 at my station. This is my safe spot. I know that at the next station they will all get off, and I can grab one of the “gatekeeper” spots, on the side of the doors, those little VIP pieces of heaven in a packed train.
But this morning was different. This guy would ruin everything. Wearing his backpack in front, like a WW2 paratrooper, he was looking for a tiny space to compress his body and everyone else’s, scanning all the cars like a meerkat.
“No… no… no, don’t come here,” I thought, while trying to make myself look bigger, like a blowfish, to signal: “Dude, can’t you see it’s full? It’s not getting fuller.”
He saw my car. Shit. He was getting closer, already estimating how he was going to squeeze in. His backpack was huge, Uber Eats huge. He looked like Norman Reedus in Death Stranding.
I wanted to ask him so many questions…
“Why didn’t you wake up earlier?”
“How important is your job that you NEED to get in?”
“Can’t you wait for the next one?”
“What’s in your fucking bag?”
And then he stopped right in front of me. I tried to avoid eye contact, maybe if I didn’t look at him, he would disappear.
He opened his mouth to say something. “Don’t you sumimasen me. Don’t you dare…”
“Su… sumimaseeeeeeen…” with the little head bow on top. It’s crazy how you can suddenly hate someone you don’t even know. I started cursing him and his whole family in my head, thinking terrible things that, even now, I’m still ashamed of.
Then he did the classic “salaryman gets inside” move: the fucker spins 180 degrees to turn his back on you, then proceeds to walk backwards, pushing all of us stupid monkeys with it. And once he feels he’s sufficiently inside, he grabs the upper frame of the door to give a last courtesy push,.. just in case we weren’t miserable enough already.
I was completely merged into the stinky obese guy behind me, we were ONE. I could feel all his organs pressing against me, two strangers spooning on the Oedo line like there’s no tomorrow. Disgusting.
And just when you think things are already bad enough, the idiot decided to look at his smartphone. He had to reach inside his bag to grab it (adding some more pressure) and then hold it right against his face, barely able to scroll with his thumb. You always want to get stuck behind a dude in his 40s: with presbyopia, he won’t even fucking try that stunt.
You know the rest: the never-ending stops where you switch from anger to resignation, then back to anger again, until you almost develop Stockholm syndrome, convincing yourself he’s not that bad, that it’s not his fault, he’s just another victim of the system.
The doors finally opened at Daimon, where the train vomited all of us corporate idiots, ready to sacrifice one more laborious day to the gods of capitalism, just so we can afford more shit to wear in those same packed trains. Pathetic.
And I just learned that Ed Sheeran is teaming up with the Oedo line, fml.

Really strange or remote lines of dialogue you've found?-UNR
I'll go first: I'm 99% sure there's two variants of Norman Reedus yelling "Yeah!" while riding a zipline, one of which is the one I usually hear and sounds normal while the other one I've heard once, maybe twice and sounds like the most forced, bored-out-of-his-mind take in the world, to the point where I actually love it and am glad they didn't quality-control it.

Sequência espiritual de Ghost of Tsushima, Ghost of Yōtei é exclusivo do PS5 e promete uma experiência open-world de tirar o fôlego.
Death Stranding 2: On The Beach (Previsto para 2025, Data Exata TBD)

We need to stop acting like Norman Reedus a good actor.-UNR
I’m sure he’s a great guy. Death Stranding 2 is an incredible game. But every single scene NR is in, his colleagues just act circles around him. His emotionless grunts, his deadpan lazy way of talking is so incredibly off putting in this game.
It’s epitomized by one single scene at the latter part of the game. When you finally connect Terminal Fort Knot, the mech samurai that has been saving Sam throughout the game is finally revealed as Deadman. Norman Reedus’s delivery at his next line is actually laughably terrible.
“Deadman? It is actually you!?” He said with the least emotion I’ve ever fucking heard. My cat gives more emotion when she meows at the wall.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon - Season 3 Review-UNR
https://undeadwalking.com/the-walking-dead-daryl-dixon-season-3-review
The third season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon delivers in every way, relying on the best relationship in the TWD Universe to do it.
Daryl and Carol are back... and better than ever! The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon returns for its third season as the fan favorite duo of the TWD Universe leave France behind. Now, they're making their way back to the US, but - as the trailers have confirmed - there will be stops in London and Spain along the way, where new and exciting high-stakes adventures await them. I'm happy to report that they find some of their best adventures yet.
Daryl Dixon season 3 is a marked improvement over the second season, which ripped away elements of the unique identity that the show established so well in its immersive first season, and it's back on track as a result of that. This is a season all about personal struggles; Carol now on the other side of one is looking at life in a more hopeful way while there is some turmoil brewing for Daryl, who just wants to leave this trip behind and go home. It creates a thrilling dynamic between the two and ensures that viewers get some gripping conflict. And when you have these two on-screen, you'll know that any of their scenes have the potential to be gripping.
Let's start with the season's greatest strength. Melissa McBride and Norman Reedus have shared some of the very best scenes in the entire TWD Universe and that remains the case in Daryl Dixon season 3. While Reedus was gripping as the lone wolf Daryl in the first season and the two were great in the second as we waited for them to reunite, there is just something about seeing them on-screen together that instantly elevates everything around them. They are so comfortable with each other, so believable that it's almost crazy to think this is the first time we're seeing them share the screen for a prolonged period of time since The Walking Dead ended. Trust me, it's worth the wait.
Melissa McBride is a force, bringing Carol to life with all of the grit and determination that we've come to expect from her. But there's a light in Carol's eyes this season, a more gentle nature to her, and it's so endearing. This is a character who has been through so much and she continues to prove herself to be one of the greatest examples of character development in television history - just as McBride continues to prove herself as one of the finest performers on any screen.
This lightness in Carol contrasts Daryl's determination to get home at all costs, and it allows the two veteran performers in McBride and Reedus to play off each other nicely - as does the introduction of new characters in Justina and Roberto, who are described as having a Romeo and Juliet kind of forbidden love story. Carol wants to help them while Daryl - once again - is eager to get home. And that leads us nicely to the show's new setting.
One of the biggest concerns I had about Daryl Dixon leaving France behind was that it might lose the visual appeal of the show. This is one of the most visually-stunning shows on any platform and the cinematography, particularly in the first season, was nothing short of incredible. Losing that might have robbed the series of its individuality. Thankfully, that's not the case at all, as its new locations pop just as well.
I never thought we would see what the UK looked like in the TWD Universe, but the show goes all out to prove me wrong. Seeing a dead, decayed post-apocalyptic London, empty and robbed of any life is quite the sight to behold - as is seeing Daryl and Carol stare up at the frozen-in-time Tower Bridge or pass a broken down telephone box smothered by vines. It actually makes me wish that there was a series in the franchise set here for a more full-time stint, because the sights are once again something to behold.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon, Melissa McBride as Carol Peletier - The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon _ Season 3 - Photo Credit: Manuel Fernandez-Valdes/AMC Of course, the bulk of the season is set in Spain and that's when it really comes to life. The beautiful Spanish architecture that serves as the backdrop for the fictional settlement of Solar del Mar brings every visual on the screen to life. And just as we saw in the first season with France, the cinematography captures the larger-than-life visuals so well. From the immersive shots of every alleyway to the wide overhead shots of the stunning hills outside of the settlement, it's all so vivid. And that's one of the things that Daryl Dixon does so very well.
The central storyline is also something that it pulls off very well. With no Sister Isabelle, Laurent, Ash or any of the characters who helped give Daryl Dixon its identity, this season essentially serves as a reboot. It's just Daryl and Carol in a brand new location and that's a really exciting concept. As experienced survivors, these are two of the very best characters that the TWD Universe has to offer, so seeing them both encounter these new environments together offers up plenty of thrills. It also makes it much easier to enjoy this season for what it is, as the previous one had to strip away much of what made the first season work. This is just a reset and a welcome one at that.
This season has been described as a Spaghetti Western and let me tell you that it lives up to that. You won't mind a more badass sight than Daryl Dixon tearing through the Spanish cliffs on a motorcycle with a shotgun outstretched. Norman Reedus is such a badass in the role, so it all comes very naturally to him. And perhaps the best part about all of it is that this is only a fraction of the thrills you can expect this season.
Daryl Dixon season 3 is full of surprises, and it doesn't slow down along the way. One of the best episodes of the season ups the ante in the final act without warning and it makes for some utterly compelling television, reminiscent of The Walking Dead in its glory days. The stakes are high from the get-go and, through the introductions of new, unique personalities and threats, they somehow get higher.
I was hoping for Daryl Dixon season 3 to allow the show to reclaim that very unique, very compelling glory of its first season and I'm thrilled to report that it does that. This a return to form for the show, introducing higher stakes and storylines that feel new to this age-old universe. It's thrilling, action-packed and full of incredible performances. Reedus and McBride are electric together and the drama has never been better.
Bigger, badder, and better than ever, the show is badass in every way that matters and, quite frankly, back to where it needs to be. By far, one of the best seasons of The Walking Dead franchise ever.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 3 The third season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon marks a welcome return to form for the show, matching the epic heights of its first season while also introducing some of the most interesting storytelling this franchise has seen in years. Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride offer up some of their finest work ever in what is one of the best seasons in the entire TWD Universe. A+

In Your Opinion, What Is The Best Movie of Summer 2025?-UNR
Tired of PT-Inspired Games-UNR
At the time it was something new and fresh, and there have been games after to draw inspiration and integrate elements very well, such as RE7, and to some degree, games like Visage and Madison.
The thing with RE7 however, is it feels like a fleshed out game. Every PT-like horror operates off the assumption that if Kojima had completed Silent Hills, the entire game would be Norman Reedus walking around until the credits roll.
It’s like saying your game is PT-Inspired saves you from having to have any gameplay elements beside walk, pickup, and place down.
Silent Hills would have had combat, and I’m sure as Kojima always does in his modern era of game development, there would be new gameplay mechanics introduced the more you dive into the game.
PT-Clones are lazy, and boring once you realize either you can’t die, or you can, but you just have to walk a little faster in one direction than the other. It’s played out and I wish indie game developers would look at games like Wukong or Clair Obscure, not so they can make similar games, but so they can be reminded that they are allowed to make a compelling narrative game that is more than a walking simulator through a digital haunted house.
