Daniel Pine, played by actor Norman Reedus of The Walking Dead fame, plays a small, but significant role in Ballerina. He appears to be the father of Ella, one of the children of the Hallstatt, but who is he really? Why is it that he can violate the Continental's cardinal rule with impunity and not face judgement? Heck, they even put him up in a new room after being shot by the Chancellor's enforcer, Dex. Is he High Table or something we haven't seen before? This fine detail caught my attention upon the third viewing of the film, and it has me curious to find out. What's your take?
