Day 4 first watch!-UNR

https://ift.tt/crNiP38

Today I started season 3! And watched two episodes—And that was an emotional roller coaster. The prison idea is really cool and there seems to be a few zombies left in the outside but I would of thought they would of left a few more outside to make it look less desirable from the outside and overrun because now all I can think about is someone walking by another more dangerous group and thinking that that’s not a lot of walkers. It would be like a walker moat!! And it definitely would have to be a delicate balance where there’s not too many kept outside that they’re gonna be able to push in and overrun anything but two few. I’m sure other people have the same idea cafeteria armory infirmary supplies.

I’m glad we got the time skip though Lorie is just getting under my skin and I didn’t want to deal with her and pregnant extended- but as someone who has had two kids that’s insane she’s still alive and well. I feel so sorry for Rick even before the outbreak their relationship seemed strained and I still don’t understand her wanting him to yell at her. But I think she’s my least favorite

Inside it’s been fun seeing everyone grow into more of their own- Carl has his own gun finally and is thriving even though Lorie still is nervous about him going out, which is understandable, but it’s a completely different world- Incant wait to see the badass he turns into he has to with Rick- and his Rickocracy because it’s not a democracy anymore is the best thing about a Rick party is that it’s mandatory.

And Carol learning more about medical. And even though I know everyone does their work and pulls their weight. I still can’t logically understand why they would’ve let Herschel go to help clear the prison when they were on the farm originally even Rick said that we need him for the baby so I don’t understand why he went he should’ve stayed. ( I understand logically these are all driving story plots, and how we move the story forward. It’s just a logically doesn’t make sense.) Also I’m really glad that cutting his leg off immediately seemed to help since it didn’t have time to circulate the infection I guess? I don’t think we’ve seen any instances of this through the show so far so I wonder if it’s something they figured out in the time jumper if it was just a heat of the moment I hope this works because if it doesn’t, you know what’s happening.

When the show started, I was already knew that I really liked Norman Reedus as an actor. I grew up, watching Boondock Saint, a few of those other old movies like the beat and my mom was obsessed with Bjork and he was in that music video. But I was not expecting to enjoy Daryl as a character as much as as I am, especially after meeting his brother Merle First. But he is really just blossoming into such a wonderful and caring character. I used to joke with my boyfriend last season that he was their moody pet raccoon- always being a part of the group, but far enough a way that he doesn’t actually have to look at them or talk to them and he can just throw his little fits. But I’m glad he moved into a higher rank within the group because he was always annoyed with Shane. Fairly because that was a such a strange power dynamic/struggle in the group.

I ABOUT SCREAMED. When the inmates were found and I know that they were in the cafeteria and have technically no idea what was going on, but that’s insane. They were in there for 10 months and didn’t start getting suspicious or try to escape or literally anything just chilling for almost a year! Next to Rick waking up from his coma that has to be the next weirdest thing since they only had a vague inkling and said that they were pretty sure it started out as a prison riot, but on drugs.

And I real interested to see how the two prisoners that are left acclimate I don’t know if we can necessarily trust either of them, but I think the white guy with the mustache who said he likes pharmaceuticals is definitely the least dangerous one out of the group and obviously the leader guy who tried to kill Rick was needing to be taken out- even before he tried to take Rick out the way he smiled when he said he doesn’t need to be told how to kill a guy. Also, I don’t know if I’ve laughed so hard in the show as when they try to go prison riot on the zombies and just like stab them kick them while they’re down and the big guy even held a zombie to be stabbed like he was just grabbing another inmate. Like they didn’t listen to one thing that they had just been told about going for the head.

Also, very interested to figure out who was watching Carol why she tried to figure out how a C-section worked cause there’s a lot of interesting camera angles, but that was definitely someone watching her from beyond the fence and the tree

Also, I’m so excited we got a glimpse of Andrea and whoever she’s traveling with now. Also, I can’t tell if it’s insane or genius that she basically has like guard walkers? Or are they a kind of pet? She pretty much rendered them harmless since they don’t have the bottom jaw to bite and they don’t have any arms to scratch, but I’m so excited. We got a glimpse of her. I was afraid we weren’t gonna see her for so long and I need that story.
