Season 1 had seven main cast members: Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Jeffrey DeMunn, Steven Yeun, and Chandler Riggs. All of these actors have left the show due to either their characters dying or the actor wishing to leave the show.

Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride, while appearing in Season 1, were only credited as recurring characters. They are the only two actors from Season 1 to last until the end of the show. Is there any other major primetime show this big that has had none of the main cast from the first season make it to the finale?
