So it might sound dumb to even assume this, or look like I imagine things, but I believe the new series on Netflix called "dark" has something to do with the game...
let me explain SPOILERS AHEAD (I won't cover the whole story or every part of it because I simply can't its too difficult for me to express myself in English but I will try my best)
So, in the series it all begins with a man hanging himself... then it jumps some weeks (I assume) forward where we learn some kid is lost. Soon the series points out at us that something similar may have happened in the past. We come to realise the story revolves about time travel, and some reeeeeaaalyy fucked up shit happens... so to cut it small the main hero Johann.. his older version of himself looks exactly like Norman Reedus and the cop who plays Ulrich looks exactly like Mads Mikkelsen, some could argue he is like Noah but after Mikkelsen said he is not exactly a bad guy I believe Ulrich fits him better. Of course I know some similarities in story (even tho we don't know for sure that deaths stranding will have anything to do with time travel) and character profiles are not proof for something, but let me go on... even if it is shown only briefly we can clearly see that at some point some black stuff just like the black stuff from death stranding is sipping out of Johans ear, we can observe something similar in too different instances where the same stuff is poured all over some person. I just binged watched this show and it is not explained as to what it exactly is, im sure for watchers who didn't know about stranger things it might have Been trivial. The other thing is, in the story of "Dark" the fathers protagonist is in reality the little brother of his love who got accidentally back in time and could not come back. I find it interesting because in the end Johan wants to bring things to normal trying to bring lost Mikkel back, knowing that it probably will erase himself from existence... (his father Mikkel won't meet his mother and make him) in death stranding we see in both trailer some sort of infant being protected or escorted somewhere maybe something similar is happening. I want to also point out how much STRINGS are emphasised and connections in the series ... and once you have seen the series suddenly the music for the trailers make absolute sense... please guys watch the series and you will understand what I mean
hope for answers and more clues
