So the new trailer is awesome, and I can't wait to see how the gameplay turns out (hopefully PSX this weekend will give more details)!
Watching the first trailer and reading other theories on it gave my mind a spin when I watched the new one.
Man, this is just more analytical nonsense but hear me out.

The baby in the water that gets taken by the tentacle has one eye and shrapnel in the head, similar to Venom Snake.

Also noted, the baby is missing a leg, and isn't complete. MGSV was not a complete game with Act 3 missing, and the 'last leg' to finish it never made it.

The baby is made of plastic, not real flesh. Snake has a metal arm instead of a real one. Being made of plastic, it's also not alive, and the Metal Gear series is now considered 'dead', now that Kojima has left.

The plastic baby has the same c-section scar as Norman Reedus. If the plastic baby is Snake (and MGS as a whole), then Norman Reedus is probably Kojima.

In the first trailer, Reedus holds his baby and it vanishes from his arms. If the last trailer is anything to go on, Norman Reedus is Kojima, being separated from MGS (his 'baby').

In the new trailer, Madds' character looks down and sees the baby and smirks. Like the villain he is, Madds portrays Konami as an evil warlord that took Snake away from us.

Madds controls a squad of armed undead soldiers. These soldiers could be either our fallen Mother Base comrades from MGSV, or even the other series that have died under Konami's watch now that they've switched to gambling development (Silent Hill, Castlevania, Bomberman).

Del Toro is seen in this trailer holding onto another baby. Since he worked with Kojima, maybe that baby is Silent Hills and he's trying to escape with his own child. Maybe he needs to bring it to Kojima before Madds (Konami) takes it away from him?
I've got one more point that I made up for fun, not meant to be taken seriously.
- Madds' headgear vanishes and he holds up a finger telling us to keep 'Quiet'. "Don't tell Konami that we stole the Skulls Unit tech from them!"
