- Put on a raincoat
- Put on a weighted backpack (full of Playstations for the Collector or wires/scrap for the Roboticist)
- Go to your local gym
- Hop on the treadmill or climbmill at walking pace. Alternate between for realism
- Play Ludens by Bring Me The Horizon through your headphones, and other music from the game, Low Roar etc
- Don’t stop until you’re as jacked as Norman Reedus
