I saw on the Talking Dead show that Neegan's facemask was molded and based off Norman Reedus. They even added the likeness of his hair. And everyone knows about the carved smile buuuut I don't see any article or find any cideo of it other than my memories of seeing the talk show host talk about this on the show. Does anyone have a link or video I can see to confirm this? I know I saw I just want to show my friend it's true.
