There's a trend in newer video games of, instead of designing and making new characters and hiring new voice actors, simply editing in existing actors. The three best examples I have are Keanu Reeves in Cyberpunk 2077, Norman Reedus in Death Stranding, and everyone in Detroit: Become Human. Don't get me wrong, I love Keanu and Mr. Krabs, but seeing them in video games when you know them from movies or vice versa is just strange. There are exceptions, like Tobey Maguire in Spiderman, or NBA players in NBA games, but other than that it's really disorienting.
