I was just browsing Instagram, and stumbled upon another one of Kojima's posts, when I noticed something.
Something I have noticed before, but thought to be a typo. This time though, I was sure it wasn't a coincidence.

Kojima has been misspelling the word "Playstation" every single time he wrote it as a hashtag on Instagram instead spelling "Playstaion", and I'm sure he did it on purpose.
After some extensive research, which took me almost 30 seconds thanks to my superior skills with google, I stumbled upon this:

You can interpret this how you want, but this line hit me hard : "Aion is usually identified as the nude or seminude young man within a circle representing the zodiac, or eternal and cyclical) time."
The Circle is definitely the necklace he wears in the first trailer.
This also grabbed my attention: "He is typically in the company of an earth or mother goddess "
We know who Kojima called specifically a "Goddess" before (Even though it might be out of admiration, but the wordchoice is still weird).
So all in all I'm pretty sure that time and the deity called Aion are a big part of the game and this is one aspect of the Social Media Norman Reedus talked about (The game has already begun, and Kojima is dropping hints here and there).
