Mads Mikkelsen and Norman Reedus on a break after a mocap session-UNR
¿Que opinan de mi fan cast de rdr2?-UNR
This game gave me a Dark Souls/Outer Wilds moment.-UNR
The purpose of the following statement isn't meant to be a brag, but 90% of my entire life has revolved around games.
When I'm not on my PC, I'm on the Switch, and when that dies, I got Balatro on my phone.
I have worked (very light grunt polish work) on 3 Triple-A titles as a character animator. From Visual Novels to Bullet Hells, Puzzles to Fighting games. I have seen it all, and then some.
Until I booted Dark Souls 2 from a Humble Bundle deal.
All I did was walk.
Just by moving the character I knew, right then and there... I knew nothing about video games for the last 20 years.
I knew, right then and there, this game... Feels different. Then I spam attack. I quit out. I bought DS1 cuz I'm autistic and I always start from the first (not knowing Demon's Souls came before).
After eating everything FromSoft in one bite. I felt an incredible emptiness. Like... That's it. I saw it. I saw a new color. This is it. The last solid genre. Nothing comes close. It has everything.
Then I booted Outer Wilds... And while Dark Souls was a new color for me, Outer Wilds then became a new sound.
You wake up gasping for air. You see a green planet. And a space-barrel thing shooting something into outer space.
Alright, cool. You stand up, you see a campfire. Nice. You see a 4-eyed alien. You decide to talk to him. Awesome. He says confusing things. Sounds about right for a space game.
I turn around, walk, and pressed "A" to jump.
The character... Is heavy... Why is he so heavy. It feels... Real...
Just by moving the character I knew, right then and there... I know less than nothing about video games.
I then learn this was a thesis project for physics equation integration in games.
I then finish the game and realize it wasn't a thesis project, but a transcendental, existential overload of cartharsis as you discover the secrets of the universe, life, death, and enjoying the journey... disguised as a thesis.
This is it. The pinnacle. This a diamond in the rough, nothing will ever come close to making me feel connected to my spirit and consequently, the rest of the universe...
Then I boot up Death Stranding...
Been putting it off cuz I believed the bandwagon of "USPS Ground Service" simulator. And I wasn't the biggest fan of 10-minute cutscenes, the likes of MGS when I played it as a kid.
Oh hey, Norman Reedus. Shit, I ran over this bitch with my bike. Damn. Oh no, my bike. Well let me go get my shit.
Just by moving the character I knew, right then and there... I knew nothing.
But this can't be that unique. All I do in this game is walk.
Oh, cool! A briefcase! Oh nice. I can grab it with my left hand, or my right hand! Very cool.
Oh shit, I fell. Briefcase is fine tho. Let me drink some water...
Uhhhh... Hello? Why won't you drink water. The game is telling me to do it. I'm pressing the buttons. Drink the goddamn water, Reedus.
Oh... I have to let go of the briefcase to drink water...
And that was it. That was my DS/OW moment. This is something unlike anything I've ever seen.
Then I remembered "Oh wait. This is Hideo. Director of MGS. MGS being one of the most unique stealth/psychological warfare games of all time." I just didn't click with it because I was a Puertorican, non-english speaking, dumbass who only knew the United States had Mickey Mouse.
I'm halfway in Chapter 3. And I will do all 540 premium standard orders on Very Hard no-HUD. Why?
I cannot let the momentum of this game drift away while I wait for DS2. So I will pad-out as much time as I can.
I can spend all day going through every single opinion I have of the game, but to give my most personal respect to the game:
On MK1, I was in charge of the dialogue polishing for when the characters are selected in the character select screen, before the fight starts.
There are a LOT more lines to animate than you think, yet we were the last sub-contract company to polish these animations. I can tell you first hand, some of these guys are more biologists than developers.
They simply understand muscle mechanics to the core. And MK1 has the best animation im the franchise to date.
When I watched the cutscene at the beginning where Fragile is eating a cryptobite, my first thought was "Why is this not industry standard? How is the rest of the industry not up to par to this, with double, triple, or even quadruple the resources?"
Her intense smile. Slowly putting it to her mouth. You see her close her eyes. She crunches the insect. You can tell that even with the mouth closed, her jaw comes up smothly, and then crunches very subtly when she bites the insect. You can see her face turn into that of ecstasy, pure bliss at this taste. Cheeks slightly stretch as she tilts her head up a few millimeters.
Eyebrows come slowly together as she savors the flavor. The larynx pushes the "Adam's Apple" cartilage when she swallows. Even during certain facial expressions, her sternocleidomastoid muscles (the muscles that pop out of your neck when you flex your neck) activate at like 1%. Which was a "DON'T ACTIVATE THIS MUSCLE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOU'RE DOING" kind of rule where I worked.
Yet it works flawlessly here.
Whatever Hideo is paying these guys is just enough, because no sane person could ever be motivated or incentivized to produce such high quality art unless they were being well compensated.
And again. This is me talking about a single shot at the beginning of the game. Trust me. I can go on forever.
TL;DR: I have officially, and irreversably, become a MULE.
Why didn't SpindleHorse replace Kesha with Rochelle Diamante as the voice of Queen Beelzebub during season two?-UNR
Like all the obvious signs were there, which explained why Bee had less of a role in S2 than either Asmodeus, Mammon, or Satan, as well as Striker the moment SH replaced Norman Reedus with Edward Bosco as Striker's voice actor. Kesha was a famous celebrity, which made her financially unaffordable and not available as much for the literal low-budget indie animation studio compared to Rochelle Diamante. Yet it took them until season three of Helluva Boss to replace Kesha with Diamante, anyway.
So why didn't they do that during HB S2?

Hideo Kojima's obsession with America, Americans and the eastern's perception of America-UNR
I just started Death Stranding and closing around Episode 2. I could not help but notice how the narrative is obsessed with America and Americans: "We" are last hope of humanity...
Much like every other alien invasion movie, why is this game all about USA, USA president as "the last hope". If this was coming from a western or USA based patriot, I would have not been intrigued but this is coming from some one exactly on the other side of planet. Even if Joe Rogan made a game, it wouldn't have been so pompous about USA. Is it some unrealized childhood fix for "The Great American Dream" or just a ploy to earn $$ by focusing on the American market?
The only other work of his I am exposed to is MGSV so you may ask me to visit his earlier work but then when I look at his reviews on X where he finds time to watch movies like Madam Webb, I am just baffled how he tries to appease the Hollywood based directors, actors and production houses. Even Death Stranding, the major cast is Hollywood A/B listers whose popularity has much to do with Hollywood's reach than anything much else. No offense Norman Reedus, or Margaret Qualley. Both Miyzakis or Toriyama never did that.
Though you may argue that if Sucker Punch sitting in Bay area can make Ghost of Tsushima celebrating the Samurai/Japanese culture, what's wrong the other way round but then it was a long asked void that was filled while we have had enough of Independence Day movies.
PS: I am not looking for spoilers though and if things change later in the game, I happy to rescind but I don' think it will.

Glad that Rochelle Diamante is replacing Kesha as the voice of Queen Beelzebub-UNR
Like one thing that was holding back SpindleHorse Toons from using Queen Beelzebub all that much was her voice actress, Kesha. And not just with her lawsuit against her rapist record label, either, but also because she's a celebrity, who's going to cost too much money to voice act and would have been too busy recording new songs and going on concert tours to voice Bee again like in Queen Bee and Mastermind.
And much like with Edward Bosco replacing Norman Reedus as the voice of Striker, the only way SH could use Bee more often in the next two seasons of Helluva Boss is if they recasted her with a cheaper, more available professional VA. And luckily, they have one in Bee's original singing voice, Rochelle Diamante, who could hopefully do her best talking impression of Kesha like she did a singing impression of her back in Queen Bee.
And hopefully that means more Bee, and thus a possibility of Loona introducing Octavia to Bee and doing some furry mother-daughter bonding between Bee, Loona, and Octavia. And I hope they don't disappoint me in that regard.
What are your opinions on this, though?

[Review] Better late than never-UNR
Yesterday, I finally beat Death Stranding and I just wanted to put together some thoughts on the game and my experience with it. I first began the game when it came out and quickly bounced off of it. I think being at the peak of COVID, the tone of the game felt maybe a little too close to what was going on in the world outside. About a month ago, I restarted the game on a whim because the DS2 trailer looked pretty bonkers.
Here are some of my thoughts about my time with the game.
Overall:
I found the experience to be a mixed bag. The game took about 15 hours to really click with me, but once it clicked, I was ready to see the game through to the end. I hit the credits last night and came away feeling slightly underwhelmed. There are aspects of the game that I like and aspects that I really, really didn't connect with. There were moments where I found myself enjoying the game, and moments when I absolutely loathed it (Oh, look my van is just spinning out or getting stuck on a rock for the 100th time). I wish the story of the game was presented in a more consistent manner, because what is there has the potential to be interesting but just feels underbaked. After completing the game, I had to go and read up on what I missed/went over my head, and the complete package of the story honestly sounds great but it's just not presented in that way within the game that's in an effective manner.
However, After re-watching the DS2 Trailer, I am honestly very excited and hopeful that they can take the common criticisms that the first game received, fix that up and ratchet the next game up to 11. Already, based on what that 10 minute trailer showed, it looks like it's already going to be a much more wild and emotional ride than the first game and I am here for it.
If I had to give the game a rating, I would say it's a solid 7/10. I'm honestly quite glad I saw the game through to the end, but it probably falls on the lower end of Kojima games for me. I'm hopeful for the future of the series and think that there's so much potential here that can be fully realized now that they've laid the framework of the game and can work the kinks out.
Pros:
Moments of Zen: Man, there are moments in this game where everything clicks into place, and it just feels good going from one location to the next, ranking up your reputation with them and unlocking equipment. Prior to heading into the mountains, I got in this zone of maxing out all of the different places just to see what I would get. Most of the time, they reward you with meaningful upgrades that make traveling easier. It can be a satisfying loop.
Style and Presentation: This game has a style to it that only Kojima could pull off. The world, the setting, the technology -- it's all very interesting and very cool to look at. Kojima's presentation still is second to none. This game is so sleek and so confident in a way that 99% of other games are not. You can immediately tell a Kojima game from virtually anything else on the market.
Graphics: These might be the best looking character models I've ever seen. The facial expressions are stellar and really add such a layer to the performances. For how desolate the landscapes are, they are pretty stunning and there are moments of beauty found throughout the environment.
The soundtrack: Kojima knows when to use music at its most effective. Low Roar are such a vibe and definitely fit in with the tone of the game.
Ziplines and Trikes: My saviors.
The end game twist: The revelation that the flashbacks you'd been viewing the entire game were not Lou,s but yours was.. honestly *chefs kiss*. Well done.
Cons:
The Traversal: On the whole, traversal is (intentionally) frustrating, especially at first: It gets better as you unlock more equipment, but it's never really a truly enjoyable experience. For me, I only found it 'fun' (I use fun loosely here), when the you unlock an area and the community has already trivialized traversal by placing roads or ziplines down. Getting the level 3 stabilizer and just jetting everywhere felt very freeing. I also enjoyed setting up my own network of Ziplines to get through the more difficult areas.
The story: There's really nothing to this story until around chapter 10 or 11. Kojima opted to go in a different direction than he has in the past with Metal Gear. Gone are the overly long cutscenes filled with drama, character development, twists and turns and insane word vomit exposition. They're replaced with a.. really minimal story. It's almost jarring to see how hard in the other direction he went. In a way, I think it serves the tone of the world with how solitary and quiet it is until you're nearly at the end of the game. Sure you get the flashbacks and maybe an occasional Higgs encounter, but it's very, very light on story as you're connecting the country. Once you hit the west coast, they then cram in a ton of cutscenes and wrap the story up but it honestly just left me confused.
They gave the story TOO much room to breathe, so much so that by not explaining much of anything until the final few hours of the game, I walked away not really understanding the impact of things or connecting with it. When I go into a Kojima game, I go in for the larger than life characters, the plot, the crazy cutscenes and the unabashedly cool style. It all felt missing from this game. I see people posting on here about how they cried at the final scene. Why? I don't think I formed an emotional connection to anybody in this game.. Which leads me to my next con.
Sam and the cast: On his best day, Norman Reedus is not a very expressive actor. He's been typecast for years precisely because, well, he's not a good actor. Sure, you could argue that he fits the tone of the game. He's a man who has been broken and isolated himself from the rest of the world because he feels he does not have a place within it. But man, Sam is so quiet, so monotone and.. frankly quite boring as a protagonist. They give him NOTHING to work with, and 95% of the game is spent with him just silently listening to somebody else with no real reaction. That works when you have a side cast to do the heavy lifting for you. But you never really get to know any of them aside from maybe Deadman and Fragile. I didn't have time to grow an attachment to Mama and once she dies and is with Lockne, she's relegated to the sidelines and almost never heard from again. Diehardman only gets really interesting in the final hour or two of the game. Heartman? Couldn't tell you a thing about him other than the fact that he dies every 20something minutes and looks for his family. Amelie? Sam supposedly has this strong connection to her, but how would you know? Their only interactions amount to her telling Sam to come find her. By throwing all of the story content into the last part of the game, it really did a disservice to the cast who are usually the highlights of any Kojima game.
Boss Fights: Combat in this game ranges from uninspired to quite awful. The boss fights are all pretty bad, but I know that is a common complaint. I get that combat isn't the point of the game, but if you're going to include it, you need to at least make the combat scenarios interesting.
Vehicles: The bike is great, but fuuuuuuuuuck that Van.
Rocks: Also fuck rocks.

Maggie leaving TWD-UNR
Was just googling why Maggie leaves TWD (inevitably coming back later in the show ofc) and it mentioned something of not getting the same pay as Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus…..which is bonkers to me. My first watch through Maggie was my favorite character. By end of season 8 before she left it seemed like she was getting almost more screen time than Rick. I didn’t love dead city, the writing wasn’t there for me. Frankly I hate negan and wish they had killed him off long ago. I guess my rant is deeply stemmed in the fact that every time I get invested in a good show the main characters always leave. I just wish the creators of the show would do more to keep them stay, like pay them equally? Maybe it’s just me.

I want to get the game, mainly due to three factors: Norman Reedus, open world, and Hideo Kojimq helped make it. The shows current state-UNR
I just wanted to bring this up because I feel it’s a very important topic in 2025. What in the world is the game plan for twd universe? Let me clarify I’m a huge fan of the show, I’ve posted in here a few times and love interacting with the community so this isn’t a bash or anything it’s just a thought(s) I’ve been having.
-
What is the future of TWD? I feel all these spinoffs are decent but nothing special the best one being Daryl Dixon. Dead City S2 looks promising but S1 was kind of a let down. TWD: The Ones who lived was cool to see Rick but it was so rushed and under marketed that not many people even know about it. FTWD had a horrible ending. I just feel it’s time to part ways with Scott Gimple and whoever works on the show and bring in some new directors and show runners.
-
I would love a new Fear The Walking Dead. Maybe it takes place in King County, or New York, or Seattle or Florida or whatever I want to see more places that fell during the early apocalypse. FTW does phenomenal in showing LA falling during S1 but by S3 completely loses the spark and it becomes TWD 2.0
-
I think most fans want a real reunion with Rick, Daryl, Carol, Maggie, Morgan, and Michonne. Like all at once. We have to remember most of these actors and actresses are well into their 50s and probably want to wrap up the show soon. Rick (Andrew Lincoln) is 51 Daryl (Norman Reedus) is 56 Carol (Melissa McBride) is 59 (60 in may) Morgan (Lennie James) is 59
-
I just feel the spinoffs Dead City, Daryl, and The ones who live all need to tie together into one big reunion at the commonwealth.
-
Again I don’t wanna criticize 24/7 I love the whole show but it’s time to wrap up the old story line or get some new people in there with fresh ideas.

What if Lockdown was voiced by Norman Reedus?-UNR
Five years of doubt. Was Death Stranding worth it?-UNR
It took me five years to finally lay my hands on Death Stranding — until I got the game for free on the Epic Store, forgot about it for a while, and then remembered it just two weeks ago. And finally, it happened — ironically, right before the release of the sequel.
The main issue.
My doubts were strong. There was too great a difference between the early game teasers and the video walkthroughs on YouTube.
The teasers promised an intriguing sci-fi thriller with interesting characters and setting — but the YouTube videos showed a boring, slow, fuzzy beginning of something completely different.
I should have kept watching for a few more hours to get to some real action — and that’s the main issue of the game: a great imbalance between the story and the gameplay.
The east region is basically a training ground. You get your first encounters with MULEs, BTs, basic structures, landscapes and all that.
The central region is the main one — and there you just get stuck traversing the country from one end to another, which gives you nothing valuable for your efforts.
You can spend many hours exploring the world, building roads and useful structures — and all you get for that are useless likes. You can’t convert them into resources or use them for training Sam to make him stronger or tougher. Sam’s porter rank doesn’t mean a thing.
I really don’t understand this “social” part of the game. What was I supposed to feel? The satisfaction of… err… connecting people in their bunkers? Sounds pretty fun…
The optimal strategy.
So basically, you can — and should — skip all the side activities and stick only to the story drivers. That’ll save you a lot of time — and you won’t forget the goal of Sam’s adventure.
Still, the central region takes way too much time for boring wandering around the map. But after that, the game stops pretending to be a never-ending pizza delivery boy simulator and turns into a third-person action game. A bit clumsy one — but it drastically contrasts with everything you’ve been doing before: countless boss fights, cutscenes, flashbacks, exhausting explainers, weird emotional bursts…
Poor controls and UI design.
All this is aggravated by overloaded controls. Why are there so many buttons for controlling Sam’s two hands?
- A button for picking up chiral crystals and cryptobiotes.
- A button to put cargo on his back.
- A button to balance with the right hand.
- A button to balance with the left hand.
Then there are two buttons for interacting with structures.
Plus, you have the usual buttons for aiming and shooting — which are also used for positioning and building — and a dedicated button for melee combat!
Have the developers ever heard of the K.I.S.S. principle? Or maybe the kanso concept?
It’s the same with the overcomplicated UI. Too many screens, too hard to get to the action buttons. I won’t even mention working with the map. The UI ergonomics are very poor — at least on PC.
Inconsistent story and lack of atmosphere.
Aside from all the gameplay elements, the story itself turns out to be inconsistent — which seems to be caused by poor screenwriting.
The main idea of Death Stranding is pretty complex, and a good screenplay is vital for delivering a solid story in an open world full of side activities. That’s clearly not done well here.
Neither is engaging the player in all this.
I didn’t feel any connection to Bridget/Amelie, who just frustrated me all the time. I didn’t get the twist of Clifford’s attitude toward Sam after their last iterative battle.
And, after all, I didn’t feel connected to Sam’s feelings. I wasn’t involved emotionally. The game lacks the right atmosphere that could help the player feel connected to the characters.
The songs by Low Roar simply don’t fit Norman Reedus — he’s way too masculine for that boyish depressive moaning. The whole musical background of the game just feels wrong.
But what’s good about Death Stranding?
I’d put the technical aspects in the first place.
The physics are implemented very well. Sam moves naturally, and gravity and the elements are real badasses. The performance optimization is exemplary. You can tell the team worked really hard polishing the game.
The second good thing is the cast.
I always enjoy watching Norman Reedus, I loved Deadman, I absolutely adored Léa Seydoux as Fragile. My respect to Mads Mikkelsen, as always. Tommie Earl Jenkins’ acting was pretty convincing.
The third is sound design.
A veeeery good job has been done. Everything sounds convenient and solid. Bravo.
The fourth is the cinematography.
Both in gameplay and in cutscenes. Real enjoyment, nothing more to say.
The fifth is Norman Reedus breaking the forth wall at the private rooms. That feels great and funny.
All in all.
And the sixth is the very fact that this game exists.
It’s good. Not great — but good. I’m not disappointed, though I was left with too many questions.
Maybe Death Stranding 2 will be a good homework — and many of the original’s flaws will be fixed. I really hope so. We’ll see soon enough.
Thanks for reading. And yeah, I guess it was worth it — in its own weird way.

Just had a dream of another Kojima game, pretty DS vibes, and with Norman Reedus.-UNR
Just today I had this really vivid dream about another game, certainly made by Kojima, with Norman Reedus as the protagonist and many other famous actors as characters.
The game was like a base defender, but just like DS, it was much more than it.
The game universe was passing in a futuristic universe where mining industries where exploring other planets and mining asteroids, this was possible because the existence of portals and futuristic technologies based on computer chips and a magnetic black substance.
We are workers of a mining base established in a desert planet, our job was to secure the mining of the asteroid that was orbiting the planet.
Things start to get serious when we discover the existence of weird monstrous creatures that come from the portals, it's not like the monster of DS, but more like animalistic creatures similar too many creatures seen in the game No Man's Sky. The creatures are really varied and we can see many animals characteristics on them, I remember dreaming about octopus like creatures, a axolotl like creature, and others, all terrestrial animals. There was also bigger monsters, like the Rancors like creatures from the star wars series.
Some of the workers, were equipped with special gear made with this high technological chips that allowed them to control the black magnetic substance, they could use it to create the portals and manipulated it as they see fit, fo defense or attack. Just a few workers had this technology, because it was heavy for the brain. The creatures I mentioned also dropped a tiny bit of this substance.
The game starts like many Kojima games, with a lot of cutscene, where were show information about the current situation. It seems that near or base, a gigantic space ship fell down, and it was full of these creatures. The ship was kept sealed, but the mining operation made equipped soldiers go to interior of the ship to explore and retrieve anything of value, it is still capitalism after all.
We are a character acted by Norman Reedus, we were the best soldier they had, but we made something wrong that put us on jail at the mining base.
At some point, we were just cheeling on our cell with our roommate, when something really weird happened, the wall of our cell got transformed into a corridor, and when we looked back, we weren't inside our cell anymore, but in this corridor, our protagonist recognized the place as being inside the weird ship.
From the end of the corridor, armed and equipped soldiers appeared, and they were running from something. They saw us and questioned how we ended up there, but the conversation had to end quickly when the creatures appeared and started to chase us.
We started to run carrying our roommate, because he wasn't in a good physical condition, but as a veteran soldier that explored this ship, he knew very well the place. He would be my brain, and I would be his muscles.
We proceed to the exit of the ship, while shooting the monsters with a found weapon, the gameplay was similar to DS, but we couldn't control our moviment, we could only aim and fire. There was moments where we switched to first person to shoot many monsters that appeared.
When we reached the exit, we managed to find a path between the sealed path, but we knew there was too much monsters inside the ship at the moment, an abnormal amount that wasn't registered before. My roommate concluded the creatures wasn't from the ship, but were teleported to here, and right now, they are coming non-stop, the seal wouldn't hold on.
We went back running to our base that was pretty close to the ship, the guards of the base pointed gun at us, but dropped the act when they saw it was me. Even I being held in a cell, people seemed to trust and respect me, and when I said what I saw, the entire base went on full alert.
We could enter the base and explore a bit of it's interior while the preparations were set, we saw many of our friends and their rooms, all acted by famous actor, which I couldn't remember.
Everyone was preparing, getting their armor and weapons, and the strongest, equipping their chips gear. That's where the base defence mechanics started, we could mount our base and distribut the soldier as we seem fit. We could now walk free like in DS.
When prepations were read, we saw the creatures leaving the ship, not only by the door, but also by every hole on it, and the chaos started. There were a absurd and anormal amount of monster, we wouldn't be able to hold them, mainly because they were probably coming from a portal inside the ship, so we couldn't know how much of them there were.
We kept shooting, to no result, that's when we asked support to our headquarters, which opened a enormous portal on the space and send us a colossal weapon that fell on a mountain beside our base, the control module, landed beautifully on the rooftop of our base. Somehow, the big weapon had weirdly teleported, and the main feature wasn't working, so while our base was holding ground, we had to go to the mountain to configure it, we didn't had to go on foot, we were also equiped with the chips gears, but instead of teleporting, we controlled the black substance to create a zip line system to the weapon.
Everything went smoothly, and we fixed the gun, but we had to leave the base because of the destructive power of the weapon. To my surprise, our base wasn't just a construction on the planet, it was a mobile base, that could set fly just like a space ship.
With our base flying safely away from the weird ship, we fired the weapon, that launched a missile that destroyed the entire ship and it's creatures, with a potential power much bigger than an atomic bomb, the ship was the size of a star destroyer of the star wars series after all.
The ship was destroyed and the creatures killed, and the portal inside of it closed as it seems, but it was far from over. The portal on space opened to bring the weapon, started to act weirdly, and it was sucking everything up, with an unknown destination. The asteroid with the miners on it and our flying base, now in space, were being sucked in. Our base could scape away from the portal, but the asteroid and it's miners didn't have this possibility.
We settled an emergency evacuation from the asteroid, all remaining soldier were quickly send to it to help the miners, including us. Upon reaching it, we noticed that the creatures we also there, and were attacking the miners.
At this point, we were fighting the creatures and helping the evacuation. We had the opportunity to play with other character, with unic mechanics, a woman equipped with the chips gear that was much more mobile than our protagonist, we kind transformed the game and a melee fighting game, and we could beat the shit out of the monsters with the aid of the black substance.
The evacuation was completed, and the asteroid was being sucked into the portal. We were still controlling the woman, and we didn't know where our protagonist was.
When the asteroid was almost being sucked to the portal, the gigantic motors build on it started to work, and with a astonishing maneuver, the asteroid escaped from the portal. We soon discovered our protagonist was still on the asteroid, and it was him that turned on the motor and made the unthinkable maneuver.
The space portal closed right after, and the chaos ended.
The dream ended with a sequence where we went back to our protagonist and got a time of know many other characters, and discovered a moral and respect system with each character, where we could gain collectibles and unique habilities depending of our level of intimacy with our coworkers. We also had to know a bit about the characters, with nice dialogs and cutscenes.
This was a really cool game, I feel like I player Death Stranding 2 before the launch haha
