Does anyone else wish it wasn't Norman Reedus's face in the game? -UNR
I don't mind Norman Reedus as an actor or a voice, but my wife is a big Walking Dead fan and I watched Boondock Saints way too many times as a dumb kid. I get so immersed in the game (up to chapter 4 so far with 55 hours in), but each time I see him I still see a guy looking to kill zombies or expect to hear a bad Boston Irish accent.
Again, I'm glad to hear Reedus's voice, but man I wish I didn't see his face in every delivery cutscene...

Norman Reedus admitted that Daryl wasn't in love with Isabelle.-UNR
"Meeting Isabelle opened his eyes.Not that he is in love with her but she retaught him the value of the present moment, the beauty of carpe diem." He said. He also interpreted Daryl and Isabelle's kiss as experimental instead of something definitive. He explained how he believes his character is questioning the notion of having to fight all the time and instead wanted to try something less conflict-heavy and more definitive. He said that push and pull of fighting or settling down is the reason he decided to kiss Isabelle, to see if such an option is one he has. "I think it was an experiment. It was, What is this? It wasn't a This is it, It's a What is this? And what would that look like and how does that feel? I don't think there was an intention to get to second base. I think it was more of scarily parting these curtains to look at the idea of it. He's questioning the whole big picture."

He intentado ver algún que otro programa porque de repente apareció Norman Reedus y aquí uno es fan de Hideo Kojima y Death Stranding. Me vi un programa y lo único que pude ver era a Lalachus insinuándose fuertísimamente a Broncano que parecía que iban a hacer el amor en directo en el plató.
Entiendo que parte de la gracia es que sea lo contrario al late night de que el famosete va a hablar con el presentador a promocionar su nueva peli o serie... Pero me cuesta mucho seguirlo y pillar la gracia. ¿Me pierdo algo?

It’s my first time playing this game and it’s amazing. I’m hooked.
Since I’ve been given the option of wearing the wayfarer style sunglasses I’ve had them on at all times because porter (by which I mean Norman Reedus) looks objectively awesome with them on.
Welp…just completed the mission where you take mama to meet her twin and the whole time she’s dying and afterwards her sis is pouring her heart out I’m standing there in sunglasses and I’ve got to admit that, in the real world, I felt like an absolute douche bag.

I bought DS on Xbox because I never finished it on PS4-UNR
I have a deep respect for Kojima, He made MGS and that’s one my favorite game series. I wasn’t a big fan of David Hayter being replaced but I wasn’t completely against it. I respect Hideo Kojima, David Hayter, Norman Reedus, and Guillermo Del Toro.
Though like I said I never finished the game on PS4, I didn’t get very far, I think I traveled to next location and that’s where i stopped. I’m doing more now, I plan to finish the Sam orders and then do some standard one before I move to the next area. since I’m playing the Director’s Cut it feels much more refined. Some inconsistencies eat away at me, like how they haven’t found a way to prevent timefall rusting the mail/metal. Maybe put some plastic or something what that Sam wears as a coating. Maybe they haven’t lived like this long enough to find a counter measure.
I love the unique mechanics the game brings, playing items for you and others to use. “Reconnecting the world” it’s a much better version of what From software did with blood stains and Messages.
I read reviews on Xbox and all them just say “Thanks Kojima!” I’m happy to have to game but praise the game for what it is.
A well fleshed out mailman sim, where you help people and they help you. Not to mention there are actual stakes involved.
If that sounds like I’m mocking the game trust me, I’m definitely not. I may be on the noob side but I do love playing as Sam and taking out Mules, or completing a difficult order. It’s one of those games you need to play to understand. It’s definitely a 5/5 runs super smooth, looks great, I haven’t experienced any issues, funny enough see stuff PC and PS and i give a lot of like 👍

So i just started watching twd, i had attempted/started to a few years back but never got into it, so i retried now cause so many of my friends are into the show. i’ve really been enjoying it! i’m almost done with season three, and will likely be on season four within the night.
but aside from that… i just found out norman reedus was in his (early) 40s when the show first started. i won’t lie, this totally blew me away, i thought he was younger, like maybe mid 30s at most. because of this, i assumed daryl was early to mid 30s, but now i’ve seen several people state their opinions otherwise. how old do y’all think daryl is in season one???

Can anyone help me find the film Dark Harbor (1998)?-UNR
Hi all! I am desperately looking for either a copy of or some sort of a way to watch the movie Dark Harbor (1998) with Alan Rickman, Polly Walker and Norman Reedus in English. I used to be able to watch it at a very low resolution on a site that has now gone down and I miss it terribly but cannot seem to find it anywhere. If anyone can help I would appreciate it massively! TIA!
First time I tried to play DS, it just didn't click with me. Now, I can't get enough of it and it's one of my fav game of all time.-UNR
I got DS when it was released for PS4 in 2019. I probably played maybe 15 hours, but I just couldn't get into it. The menus seemed so overwhelming and confusing, sneaking by BTs seemed like a constant pain, and going back and forth between the same locations seemed like a grind. I got as far as getting the cord cutter without doing much side stuff along the way, but then I called it quits.
Well, a few months ago, I started watching The Walking Dead for the first time and I loved it. I blew through all 11 seasons in 2 months. Because Norman Reedus' Daryl Dixon was my fav character, I decided to give this game another go. I started a new game with the Director's Cut on PS5.
I'm sitting at 43 hours now and I haven't even finished chapter 5 yet. I just finished 5-staring all the preppers/locations in the Eastern-Central region, and now I'm going back to the Eastern region to 5-star all those. I've built every road I can, and I've only built zips lines where I can't easily go around BTs in the Eastern region (e.g. from the Distro center to the Wind Farm).
I absolutely love this game! I love the lore, the world, the graphics, the gameplay... everything is awesome! The UI is still pretty overwhelming at times and the screen is so cluttered with signage, but I've gotten used to it and kind of like it now.
Anyway, I just wanted to post this in appreciation for this amazing game and tell others like me who couldn't get into it the first time to just "KEEP ON KEEPING ON."

Okay so have a visual of it in my head, I think I know the movie and actor involved but I could be gluing separate elements together by accident:
A henchman is being chased and shot at, sustaining injuries along the way. Seems like it starts on top of a parking garage where I’m pretty sure there was an old muscle car involved. Henchman manages to sneak in an apartment’s bathroom window and winds up in the tub. Immediately a young boy in a karate suit who is presumably very high strung and on Ritalin or something, starts flipping out doing karate moves at this guy. He just sort of lies there in the tub like WTF is even happening right now, and as the kid is going apeshit the camera pans down to show a “rise” in his pants. No perv business just describing what happened in the scene. Google is no good whatsoever.
I totally thought this was Oceans 11 and the actor was Norman Reedus or someone similar, but I can’t find anything to corroborate this and I don’t think Norman Reedus was in that film at all.

This games so chill, I’m just walking around the terrain delivering cargo. Sometimes sees monsters and gotta survive, sometimes baby needs cuddling. Peak game imo. As long as I’m playing as Norman Reedus I’m happy. I’m also getting to understand the story with every piece of dialogue, cool setting and plot. Trying to kind of recover America as a delivery boy is a cool plot. Also Sam gotta be superhuman no way he’s a regular guy carrying hundreds of pounds on him constantly like it’s nothing

Norman Reedus/Daryls weird but unique hand movements, mannerisms and gestures? Check (I did multiple searches and there's zero discussion on this, it's like nobody notices how quirky his mannerisms are, from pointing at something to the way he eats, or holds out his hands to grab something. I don't know if Reedus is like this or he did it for the character of Daryl, irrespective it's there in DS as well)

Soooo, is that the end of the season or is there gonna be an episode 7?-UNR
So at the end of episode 6 we get the commentary thingy. In that commentary Norman Reedus says that it’s just the two of em again at the end of the season, but then Melissa McBride said that she’s excited to see what challenges they face after the Chunnel. So is there another episode or are we gettin a season 3?
Thoughts on this cast? For those hung up on age remember that back in those times people in their 30s looked like they were in their 40s the image kind of speaks for itself -UNR

Everybody knows how great an action star Norman Reedus is, and he would be a convincing choice to play an older John Connor. There’s even a resemblance to the actors from "Terminator 2." If John Connor starred in an action movie, it would feature him as the hero, focusing on thrilling action sequences rather than drama. Think along the lines of "Die Hard"—full of excitement and zero crying. This movie would revolve around John Connor's prophetic role in destroying Skynet.
Without the objective of saving John Connor, time travel becomes meaningless. So, in this scenario, John Connor dies, and it falls to his mother and a Terminator to save him again. The prophecy cannot be fulfilled without him. They embark on another time travel mission to rescue John Connor.
As the story unfolds, John Connor grows up (played by Norman Reedus) and ultimately stops Skynet.

What do you think would have been the story of Silent Hills?-UNR
Judging from both PT and the concept trailer. Though Kojima IIRC said that the story in PT wasn't related to what Silent Hills would become, I still think some ideas were considered - like what the Paper Bag tells about seeing other versions of yourself, hence the name Silent HillS. Maybe Norman Reedus' character would be a next evolution of the concepts in SH2 and SH4 The Room and we would access the "Silent Hills" (aka Fogworlds/Otherworlds) of other people?
A monster seen in the concept trailer for Silent Hills also appears in the data for PT, which is odd, but maybe it was originally going to be the enemy instead of Lisa.
